Dreadful delivery service, lovely flowers

I am a repeat customer having used them twice before, I was really pleased with them on those occasions. However, my recent experience was very different. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, and requested they be delivered on Mother’s Day, several days in advance. They did not arrive, instead I got an email saying they couldn’t deliver as no one was in. That’s not true, my mother stayed in all day. The next day I got an email in the evening saying my flowers had been delivered and left in an out house as no one was in. Again, my mum WAS in, all day. She also doesn’t have an out house. The following day, her neighbour, 4 doors down, found them behind his bin. So, they delivered to the wrong house, two days later, and lied about where they’d been left.
I complained and was offered a £10 voucher. LOL! like I want to spend any more money with them!
They then offered to send more by way of an apology. I had them sent to me and they have arrived this evening. They are lovely, very fresh and well packed. Customer service has been good, but I resent the fact that I spent £44 trying to make my mums day special (we live far apart) and it went spectacularly wrong.
The flowers I received are lovely, however I’m not sure I’ll chance it with them again.

Zero customer service

I purchased this bracelet as a gift, however it has arrived without the extender. I have emailed customer support twice and both times it has bounced back. There is no phone number. I’m very disappointed in the service so far and would appreciate someone getting in touch with me ASAP to rectify.

Great service, products and value

What a great company - I received my trainers very quickly, communication was good, they were well packaged. I love the trainers, they’re good quality and good value. I’ll definitely use them again.

Great clothes, good price, fast but expensive postage, IMPORT TAX charged to UK customers

Was so pleased when I found this website as I love pretty much everything on it. I ordered 3 items, a jumper, a jacket and some trousers. They were mid-priced and looked like they’d be reasonable quality. I had to pay £15 delivery fee but ok never mind. A couple of days later I got an email saying I had to pay £65 tax. This was a shock, but my fault as it’s probably in the T&Cs somewhere (easy to miss if it’s in French). Anyway I had no choice but to pay it, a couple of days later the items arrived and I’m very pleased to say I LOVED THEM. Good job or I’d have had to pay to return them. Reasonable quality in line with the cost, and VERY stylish. Just look out for that import tax!

Good.. but useless

Ordered some trousers online, received them very quickly 🙂 However, sent me the wrong ones ☹️ I had to send them back which was inconvenient and annoying that I couldn’t wear my planned outfit to a party ☹️ they refunded me quickly 🙂

All in all a waste of time but at least the return was processed quickly.

Good supportive service and useful app

I have been using Habitual for a couple of months and so far am very pleased with the service I’ve received. Customer support is reliable although sometimes there is a delay in response time. The prescribers are very thorough and queried a couple of health issues I have and advised me accordingly.
The app has had a couple of hitches which I’ve reported, and I’ve found it to be slightly confusing at times but there is a huge amount of useful information on it and a generous credit system where ‘coins’ can be earned and used to part pay for your prescription. There are also products like soups and shakes etc available to buy although I haven’t tried those. All in all a good service.

Lemongrass & Neroli diffusers

I purchased Lemongrass Diffuser + Neroli Diffuser + FREE Lemongrass Soap and was disappointed that the scent was not as strong as expected, however Charlotte from customer services was very fast to respond to my email and rectified the situation for me, I was impressed with the level of customer service and also my replacement diffusers, so much so that I ordered another one. I will be buying more for Christmas presents and highly recommend this company and its products.
