Dreadful delivery service, lovely flowers
I am a repeat customer having used them twice before, I was really pleased with them on those occasions. However, my recent experience was very different. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, and requested they be delivered on Mother’s Day, several days in advance. They did not arrive, instead I got an email saying they couldn’t deliver as no one was in. That’s not true, my mother stayed in all day. The next day I got an email in the evening saying my flowers had been delivered and left in an out house as no one was in. Again, my mum WAS in, all day. She also doesn’t have an out house. The following day, her neighbour, 4 doors down, found them behind his bin. So, they delivered to the wrong house, two days later, and lied about where they’d been left.
I complained and was offered a £10 voucher. LOL! like I want to spend any more money with them!
They then offered to send more by way of an apology. I had them sent to me and they have arrived this evening. They are lovely, very fresh and well packed. Customer service has been good, but I resent the fact that I spent £44 trying to make my mums day special (we live far apart) and it went spectacularly wrong.
The flowers I received are lovely, however I’m not sure I’ll chance it with them again.
