My son sent me a bouquet for Mother’s Day, last Sunday
When I sent him a picture, he said it looks nothing like the one advertised
A few roses, tulips, cheap lilies that never bloomed , and one gypsophila
When he told me how much he paid for it, I was flabbergasted!!
Told him never to use Haute again
And please don’t tell me how to look after flowers!

Very helpful assistant talked me through the entire ordering procedure, and I received it the next day
Cannot fault this company, and will happily purchase again
Quality was excellent too

The tech who came this afternoon, Bryan, was super polite, and very efficient
We were kept up to date on when he’d be arriving and was punctual
He checked everything, changed batteries, and tested everything several times until he was happy the system was working at its optimum
