Customer support in complete denial
Customer support in complete denial, I’m local to Aberdeen and 3 out of the 30ish orders I’ve made were sent down to Glasgow for some reason, causing a pointless delay.
I tried to ask customer support for a way to mitigate this, they are just in denial saying all orders are sent to Glasgow MC despite me having the 30+ tracking numbers from previous orders, all of which minus the problematic few were not sent to Glasgow.
Apparently it’s possible for the majority of parcels to arrive next day despite being in Aberdeen late the night before, “getting sent 4+ hours down to Glasgow and back up” yet arriving by 1pm and the tracking mysteriously doesn’t show Glasgow anywhere…
Statistically impossible… wasn’t a huge issue but when you have customer support who won’t even recognise an issue you are better off going elsewhere, who knows how they would act if the issue was more serious.

This is interesting^ as I had just inadvertently mentioned my religion after he used the lords name in vain, it’s implied that by ‘your sorts’ he is discriminating against a particular religion.
He also decided to phone my number via his personal phone, which I did not agree to so is a breach of GDPR, my phone number is now in his personal device, not on a secure server somewhere.
I submitted a SAR, he replied with laughing emojis.
To clarify i live 40 minutes away from the shop, the service I use for postage is irrelevant, the time it takes to get here is irrelevant, as you can see below I simply asked if there was a way to mitigate a few of the orders getting sent to Glasgow first, immediately he lies and tells me all orders get sent to Glasgow first (despite me having tracking from the majority of orders showing they go straight from Aberdeen to my local post office).
Ultimately the agent I spoke with is dishonest, discriminatory and snide.
Wouldn’t recommend at all, there are plenty of other alternative vape shops, even locally.
If you have a problem with this company be prepared to be called every name under the sun!
I will see what trading standards think.
FYI;
I said 30ish, it’s easy to overestimate, immediately plays the ‘liar’ card over a benign mistake.
