Fraude! Usem outras companhias para reclamar voos
Fraude!
Em deslocação de trabalho um voo atrasou-se e cometi o erro de pedir a indeminização pela Skycop.
Os meus colegas utilizaram outras plataformas e já receberem as indeminizações há mais de 6 meses (com um processoe atendimento rápidos).
A skycop está há 4 meses com indeminização confirmada mas não fazem a transferência.
O antendimento ao cliente é inexistente(após vários emails obtive 0 respostas).
