I cannot praise Zebie Franck Eric Boza from Gophr enough for his kindness and professionalism. Due to my own error, the drop-off location was closed as I wasn’t there to receive the delivery. Despite the inconvenience, Zebie went above and beyond to make sure my parcel still reached safe hands. He showed remarkable patience, worked hard to find a solution, and never once came across as rude or frustrated. His calm, understanding approach turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth resolution. We are truly grateful for his effort and the genuine care he showed.
