Im an adult recently diagnosed with Autism through evolve. I struggle talking to strangers but Billy and Leese were absolutely wonderful. They got me talking and opening up about myself and I cant thank them enough for making me feel at ease. Fantastic service and what was an overwhelming thing made so much easier.

A vendor has issued a return label for a product. 3 days in a row I get notifications from xdp with a 3 hour collection window. Shortly after I get a notification to say I'm next then absolutely nothing.
When I check the tracking there is a picture of a hand written note "can't fit on van".
Exactly the same thing 3 days in a row!
Contacted xdp by email, very apologetic "we'll contact the depot" yet it still happened again!
As an edit after the couriers response indeed it did get collected but not before happening for a fourth time. The package got collected on the fifth go around and the drivers excuse was "They kept planning you first on the route".
