haven’t received my item !!!

Been over a week (more than 7 days) and haven’t recieved my parcel? When I ordered on the 14th… been updating evri regularly and it’s been on ‘expecting’ for a whole week … if there’s a delay you should actually inform people rather than be a unprofessional business and take your time… a email could go a long way instead of people stressing whether their parcel is going to come or not … as of today I still haven’t received my parcel which is a joke so if I’m not receiving it I want a refund I refuse to pay for a item I haven’t received it’s appalling.

Is it just me or do they be charging more?

Is it just me or do they be charging you more lately ? Like the drivers like to take extra money from you for whatever reason. They start the ride even when they are still driving on your road or a road away? And they cancel last minute. The worst part is when your in a rush have important things to attend to and the pickup times are long? Like 10 minutes to 15 minutes pick up time… and I’m sure if we cancel last minute we’d be charged. I think bolt is just an overall scam. Some of the drivers seem so rude when you have kids also and very impatient it’s not nice they should learn respect! It’s rare I’ve had a good driver probs twice! The most

COMPANY IS A SCAM AND FRAUD!!!!!!

I have all the proof in photos and emails! This company steals from people. They will take your money and scam you! I ordered uniform from the Stuart shop to start they then emailed me with confirmation after taking my money!!! THEN sent no dispatch no tracking!!! It’s £8 almost alone for ndd!! It’s now Wednesday I haven’t received my uniform! I was on chat support on their website with a guy called Mahmoud he took 15 /20 /30 mins each time to respond I was in the chat over a hour ! They said they were helping to track it without even asking for the order number my email or contact number used to place the order! They said if I require further support get in contact!!!!!!!!!! A whole hour in the chat and no one tracked nothing or told me what’s going on. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews on this company they just take people’s money and earnings not to mention sending items from the Stuart store!! No way of even calling them! Emailed over 5 times and I’ve got nowhere! They hire unqualified and uneducated people who understanding nothing. Never in my life have I been in a chat box for more than a hour not to mention ever having a response taking 15 minutes!!! THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD AND A SCAM stealing from people!! Please share this further on other platforms for your own good and for others all they will do is take from you they are a stealing fraud scam of a company and customer support in chat are useless they’ll steal ur time as much as your money I don’t even think they understand the responded only 4 times in a hour I have all photos and recording of the chat and this company so pls stay away from it there’s better courier company’s this is clearly a broke fraud company

Payed like £50 almost for a Sainsbury…

Payed like £50 almost for a Sainsbury order didn’t receive almost £30 worth of it. Wouldn’t refund it or anything. Delivered half of it fine and for almost 2 hours the 2nd half was being packed by Haringey Sainsbury!!!! Both deliveroo customer service and the Sainsbury are slow didn’t do no refund or help and they come across so rude! Need to learn to do their job properly or leave it if your gonna be miserable !!!

awful cheap material !! Not true to size

Was so happy when my pants came they were gorgeous but unfortunately they are just far too long and not true to size. First time I wore them I’d gone out in the rain and they had gotten some marks on the bottom due to the length followed wash instructions and all sorts and washed the pants inside out. The material is not even velvet anymore is so rough I can’t even wear them and I only had worn them not even for a hour once!! 🤦🏻‍♀️for like £90 it’s completely not worth the money at all. Wish I’d get a refund absolutely cheap material and overly priced for absolutely nothing. Could find better on SHEIN! Not to mention how long I had to wait for them to come!

I have located your order, placed in the evening of the 15th October and can see the order was dispatched first thing the next morning. Looking at the tracking, the order was delivered on the 18th which is within our standard postage times of 2-4 days.

All of our products are made here in London using premium, responsibly sourced materials, and our joggers are designed slightly longer than average to better accommodate taller sizes. To help customers achieve their perfect fit, we include easy iron-on hemming tape with every pair so they can be taken up at home if needed.

We also recommend washing at 30°C and avoiding tumble drying, as high heat can affect the softness and finish of the fabric.
