My experience with the company was not bad but not great I ordered Mother’s Day flowers and the roses I received were half dead and the leaves were infected with something causing brown spots to appear, the lilies that were sent were barely close to blooming so all the roses died before the lilies could even open up to which the still haven’t after 6 days of having them. I’m guessing the disease of the leaves extended to the roses since they died in about two days. On a good note I was restored 10% higher than the original price I paid for to store credit and ordered a new bouquet of flowers so hopefully those turn out well the delivery is on point however the quality of those roses and stems were horrible to send infected flowers is not very professional at all. I appreciate a lot however the store credit but my first experience using this company definitely was a downer so be careful when ordering hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
