Not a single time line was correct

Not a single time line was correct

CHECK REDDIT

1st delay - Lost my referral paperwork
2nd delay - Passed waiting timeline for booking appointment March to Sept
Diagnosed and sent report Sept
3rd delay - Kept sending health questionnaires until mid December (passing their listed time multiple times)

Reaching out to Care ADHD is more difficult than find trade secrets

Would not recommend and do proper research online about them

Edit:

One month after previous post, contacted care adhd multiple times to be told that I am on list to be called anytime soon. Provided feedback and emails to recieved AI response with no worthwhile info and til date no call to book titration. Currently trying to reach hotline and have been on queue for 40mins and auto response is only increasing wait time

Be careful hope this helps someone realize what they are signing up for

Resposta da The Centre for ADHD Research and Excellence (CARE ADHD)

Dear Youseff,

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re truly sorry for the frustration and delays you’ve experienced, and we completely understand how disappointing and stressful this must have been.

For your peace of mind, we want to assure you that once a referral is received, it’s automatically logged into our system, so there is no chance of paperwork being lost, as the system is designed to prevent that.

We’re also aware that waiting times have been longer than we originally anticipated due to a surge in demand for ADHD services across the country. Please know that we’re actively working to reduce these delays by expanding our clinical team and improving our processes.

In regard to the health questionnaires, we understand how receiving multiple forms can be confusing. This typically happens when the link is clicked several times, which generates new forms each time. We are working to make this clearer for patients moving forward.

Lastly, we’re sorry to hear that you've had trouble reaching us. We know how important it is to get in touch, and we’re expanding our phone support team to help improve response times.

If you haven’t already, please share the details through our feedback form at https://www.careadhd.co.uk/feedback, and our Resolutions team will be able to investigate further.

Warm regards,
The CARE ADHD Team
