Great advice
Had a great customer service experience at the Bristol Aldermore way Longwell green branch given by Callum. I needed some mould resistant paint and although I'd researched information I was very confused about how to even make a start choosing. Callum was free to help and happily gave great tips and advise. He wasn't at all sales pushy but listened to my requirements and guided me to make my choices. He made it a seemless shopping experience and said have a nice day as we parted ways. Please thank this member of the team again, a real asset to you. But... B&Q you need to make it easier to review staff without a customer having to sign in or register an account or go through a timely AI online chat, which asks you your name and email address even before starting... I just wanted to leave a nice review!
