I placed an order of over €300 with 111SKIN and it has been a frustrating and ongoing ordeal. The shipment has been held in the carrier warehouse for days due to incomplete customs documentation that the company was supposed to provide to UPS. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I was initially offered a refund or replacement but then told a refund was not possible once the order was shipped.
Since then, the responses have been contradictory and misleading. I was reassured that the warehouse team was actively working to resolve the issue with UPS, but after directly contacting UPS myself, I discovered that no action had been taken by 111SKIN to provide the required information.
At this point, the package is still held in the warehouse with no estimated delivery date, and I am stuck in a loop of vague, copy-pasted responses that lead nowhere. What was initially presented as a high-end brand experience has turned into an exercise in patience with no resolution in sight.
If you’re considering ordering from 111SKIN, be prepared for poor communication, conflicting information, and zero accountability.
I placed an order of nearly £700 over 2 weeks ago and I even paid extra for express shipping. I never received the package nor received updates. I have contacted 111 skin customer service several times and I never even received an answer, customer care is clearly the least of their concerns. it's been literally the worst online shopping experience of my life

What can I say. Absolute fantastic product and customer service. I have most of the black diamond products that they do. My skin is now glowing in just a matter of weeks. Highly recommended.

I purchased 2 products from 111Skin last week,they came beautifully packaged.
Unfortunately , I had a reaction and iI contacted the customer service department this morning.
The service I received was 5 star , they were so sorry that my skin reacted badly and refunded my card this afternoon. I am just sorry that the products didn’t suit my skin as I would love to use them. They are clearly wonderful products for the right skin. My skin is very sensitive and Alex gave me some great advice when buying skin care products in the future.
Superb customer service,I was not asked to return the products before my refund was issued. It’s so refreshing to come across a company who truly puts the customer first. Thank you 111Skin.

The Best customer service I’ve received in a long time!!
I placed an order last night and put the wrong delivery address by accident, I emailed the company late last night explaining what I done, and urgently needed the address changed as I’m flying there today. I wasn’t hopeful on a reply, But first thing this morning Alex had replied and resolved my problem right away, which in truly grateful for.

I have returned my order, with the assistance of the company. Although I have proof of delivery, they are still looking for my parcel in their warehouse and no refund. This has now been ongoing for 4 months after hearing excuse after excuse. This is a scam.

Absolutely disgusting way to run a business. Do not order from them you do not get the products ( they keep your money) leaves a really bad taste … ordered for Xmas gifts but now
Too late … did not get the items nor any customer service feedback . Honestly cannot believe the incompetences of a business in this day and age they do not have ANY customer service OR ability to contact them only to email but they don’t answer whatsoever . Have reported them to the bank to get my money back as this is clearly not a genuine luxury business which needs to be reported to as many people as possible and far and wide on social media

This company has my returns and refuses to refund me my money. It’s legitimately fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! This company should be shut down.
Purchased a moisturizer that just didn’t work for me. But after contacting customer service and explaining my reaction, they refunded the purchase amount. The customer service was wonderful and quick response.

The skin glow series eye cream is really bad! So sticky ( too much glue) it hurts my eyes and my eyes are red and painfully itchy now! The worst eye cram … all the money to damage my eyes at the end.
I used face and eye masks from that company, they were ok.

In my opinion the biggest scam in modern skin care history! This company picked the already developed products from the shelves of a bulgarian skin care company. The products are cheaply produced in Bulgaria, packed in the UK and sold as most exclusive product. The owner must laugh so much! All the skin care experts fell for this bogus claim of
the products' spaceformula: all products are simply based on hyaluronic acid which basically most products do. And why should the needs of our skin in our atmosphere be the same to astronauts in space? What a PR stunt- I guess all things space and star wars sound futuristic and sell better. To sell cheaply produced products from Bulgaria as most exclusive and far overpriced products as from London is quite a scam. How easy it is to buy beauty bloggers and experts and to fool the public is astonishing.

HORRIBLE Customer Service. Buyer BEWARE. This company charged me $2000 for skin care. Then shipped and asked for another $700 shipping. Then when I asked for a refund (never receieved item), they told me it had been returned to the warehouse. A full week later I heard nothing. I had to send multiple emails. I asked for managers. I never got them - ony Alex. Alex continued to drag me through the muck, telling me it had now not been returned, but would be in two days. They continued to ignore my requests to speak with a higher up. I never got the product. Was lied to about the shipping costs. Was told $$ would be returned to me. Then told they made a mistake and it wasn't in their warehouse. they are HORRIBLE!!!! Please do not purchase. I will be spreading this far and wide on all sites.

La technologie et les résultats sont au rendez vous je suis fan de la ligne Black diamond et plus précisément du sérum pour les yeux black Diamond eye cream, juste est extraordinaire tout comme le sérum visage.
En revanche, les produits sont chers et j’aurai aimé que le site propose des tutos routines. Dans quel sens utilisez les produits ? Et s’il faut laisser poser quelques minutes avant de mettre le produit suivant?
Quoi qu’il en soit, j’ai aimé tous les produits 111 Skin essayé. Bravo 111Skin 👏

I was the client of 111 skin already more than 5 years. Lately I am having many issues with the online shop and I can not find the way to resolve these issues.
I made an order on the 15th of April 2024 for the amount of 763,4 euros. Nothing arrived and it cost me all the energy to prove that I haven't received my parcel, after a very long verification they admitted it and promised to give me a refund. As well as I said that I don't need any subscription. Firstly, they didn't give me back any money! Secondly, they ignored my request to remove subscription and constantly took money. I have never received any products from 111 skin. To summarise. They charged me 1904,8 but I didn't receive even a sample. They just steal money from people and make full of them, feels like it is a new cor value of the company.
BEWARE! I purchased some product online and wanted to return an unwanted item that was added to my order. They have terrible customer service with virtually no support. I used to like 111Skin before but after this experience will never be purchasing from them again.

All the products I have tried deliver what they promise! My skin at age 64,looks healthy, radiant and firm. The quality of the products is evident through the texture, the elegant fragrance and the easiness with which they glide on my skin.
I am grateful also for the generosity of the free products I receive every time I place an order.
I also must mention the exemplary customer service that makes one feel very important and very well cared for!
