couldn't tell which cards were free. didn't appreciate that. Also, my niece said it was going to charge her $5.99 to send a thank you back. That's terrible.

Thank you for your review. I hope my email has reached you, but I am also sharing the information here just in case.
Just to reassure you: Your card was sent completely free of charge. Our free Basic ecards can always be sent at no cost — you can recognize them by their smaller format with ads featured alongside, and as a good rule of thumb they can be found at the bottom of the category. You will also see the option to send for free on the page where you fill in the card.
As for your niece, recipients are never charged to view their card. The sender’s email address is included with the card so recipients can easily get in touch directly at no cost. If she saw a charge, she would have been looking at a premium card option — but there are of course always free cards available too.

Initial impressions are good however I…
Initial impressions are good however I have cancelled subscription (used trial) and despite I am now charged £59.88 for something I have cancelled ( 123C-17500656851 ) used online form to contact the company - there is no phone number at all or online chat to speak to the customer service. The monthly price they show is £4.99 so I would expect at least the difference to be paid back. Just be careful with this site and trial option as a single card can become expensive disaster.

We’ve looked into your case and can see that the subscription renewed automatically after the 7-day trial, as outlined during sign-up and in the confirmation email sent at the time.
That said, once you reached out, we did our best to resolve things quickly by switching your plan to monthly, refunding the difference, and making sure your membership is now cancelled with no further charges.
We always aim to be fair and helpful, and we appreciate you giving our service a try.

Your cards were sent successfully via text message to the mobile number you provided, and have been delivered as requested.
If you don’t have the recipient’s email, using your own email together with the recipient’s mobile number—just as you did—is absolutely the right approach. You can also use the “copy link” feature to share the card via apps like WhatsApp or Messenger, depending on how you usually stay in touch.
If anything remains unclear or you need further assistance, you’re always very welcome to get in touch. Our support team is just an email away and always happy to help.

Everything about selecting the card and preparing it to be sent was perfect. Paying to be a year long user was a tiny bit of a hassle but that may have been at my end as I tried to use a debit card rather than a credit card..

Well Worth the Cost
This is easy to use, has a wide selection and no limits. Cards for every occasion and you can even make your own. My account works on every tool I use...phone, iPad and computer. Well worth the cost. I find pre programming cards especially helpful. PS They even gave a personal response to this initial post. There are real people in this company that care about their service.

Great customer service
I accidentally bought the wrong type of account. I contacted the company for a refund. They got back to me right away which was really impressive! They made a change that I was able to accept and overall 123 cards was a great experience!

I entered my card info and it said that…
I entered my card info and it said that prepaid cards are not accepted yet it was my debit card and was charged anyways even though it said to enter another card which I did and both cards were charged. Update: charge on one card was reversed. They fixed the problem.
