This is a scam. They make you give credit card information for the 3 day free trial and then charge you for an annual membership even when you cancel your free trial within the 3 days. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

Our subscription model includes a 3-day trial, during which the membership can be cancelled at any time directly from your personal account page or by contacting us at any point during the trial period. The billing terms - including the annual amount charged after the trial - are clearly displayed before checkout. A confirmation email is also sent immediately after registration. If you have not received it in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam folder.

All cancellations are timestamped in our system, and charges are only applied after the trial period if cancellation has not been completed.

Unfortunately, since no email address was provided with your review, we have not been able to identify your subscription to look into this further. We would genuinely like to review your case and resolve this properly.

I love this!

As soon as we received your message, we responded and resolved the matter directly with you. Your account has been closed and there are no further charges.

For clarity, customers can either purchase a single premium card or choose to start a short free trial membership. Members can send premium cards without a charge per card. The renewal terms are displayed during sign-up and confirmed by email so there are no surprises.

As a small, family-run company serving customers around the world, we genuinely care about providing a fair and transparent service, and we always aim to resolve concerns quickly.

I believe you may be referring to the Trump birthday card, which is part of a series of Presidential greeting cards developed when each president first took office. The series also features both Obama and Joe Biden.

A recipient told me you charge $5 to send a reply. That is very embarrassing to me. I don't think it's right to charge someone who hasn't asked to be on your site to pay.

We do not charge card recipients to view their cards or respond to the sender.

If a recipient chooses to send a card of their own, we offer both free Basic thank-you cards as well as Premium card options. The free Thank you cards are clearly marked, so recipients can select a no-cost option if they wish.

If we can ever be of help, our support team is always happy to hear from both senders and recipients, and would be delighted to help find the right card for any occasion.

My e-card experience was great

My e-card experience was great. I could upload my own image/picture, go back and edit my card, add music and special effects, schedule when I wanted the card sent, and preview my card before it was sent. The website even emailed me when my recipient opened my card.

Scammy, Manipulative, careful about subscription terms!

I have edited this review as a follow up to the response from 123cards. Yes they provided a full refund so that is something. Yes they have a good product, that I have never said anything negative about. 123cards requested that I edit my review, and in response to their refund and statement provided I have edited my review.

However, their website system and my experience as trickery, they took no accountability for, nor did they indicate that they plan to change or amend the issues I experienced. As such I still list them as Scammy and Tricksters and a warning to those who may engage their services, that 123cards method of business is to keep your subscription engaged at an annual rate and make it undesirable and difficult to disengage your subscription.

They following is still my factual experience. This website operates a bait and switch model, although my interest was to purchase a monthly subscription, there was not an obvious direct link for that so I signed up through the free trial, it showed you can get a monthly fee, but then you can only pay for a year fee, AND that yearly subscription comes with a required auto-renew,,, no longer is there an obvious or easy to find monthly subscription sign up. (Bait & Switch), only the yearly available now..... ok so just out of time constraints and being tired, I was willing to entertain paying for a yearly subscription instead of just a monthly until SURPRISE, and not the good type. There is an auto-renew, required once you purchase the annual subscription,,, they say "you can cancel anytime" and that you can change your subscription term, so I thought fine I will pay the yearly fee and immediately cancel the auto-renew... SURPRISE AGAIN,,, fact is the "change your subscription term" button DOES NOT WORK, DOES NOT LEAD YOU ANYWHERE YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TERM. (Trickery) If you try to cancel the auto renew, they then THREATEN to take away your "premium subscription" you have already paid for,,,,, so yes you can cancel your auto-renew, but then YOU DONT GET THE PREMIUM SERVICES YOU PAID FOR, what you get is so limited, not what you paid for, and the cards you just sent now have a shortened lifespan before they disappear, and in my case likely would not be even opened in time by the recipients. Julie at 123cards says you dont lose what you paid for and THAT IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE. They lessen the features and terms of what you paid for to the point that it is discouraging to cancel the auto-renew as they are changing the quality of the product you were represented and paid for. That is just wrong! Again, more dishonesty from 123cards.

I am not saying their product is bad, thats not the issue, the issue is how they mislead and manipulate the customer to pay for somthing you dont want or agreed to, or for more than you intended. I understand people are giving them good reviews, and I have to wonder if they will still feel the same when they get billed an auto-renew, a year later and then try to disengage, with auto renews and cant shorten the term or cancel without losing the premium ecards they were auto-billed for, and those premium services became non-premium services.

Despite the refund I received from 123cards, they did not admit to the issues on their website or make any promise to change the methods they employ that I consider scammy and trickery. Further, their reply is not honest.

As such I still caution business with them and maintain the 1-star rating, until such time as they amend their website to work in an honest and forthright manner.

Following our direct correspondence, your membership has been cancelled and fully refunded.

For clarity: our 3-day trial can always be cancelled free of charge within the trial period. During the trial, up to five Premium cards can be sent. When additional Premium cards are sent beyond that allowance, a paid membership must be activated to continue. The selected plan and price are displayed before confirmation.

We offer several ways to send Premium cards — annual, quarterly and monthly memberships, as well as a pay-per-card option — so customers can choose the solution that suits their needs best.

Cancelling auto-renewal does not remove access to paid benefits. It simply ensures the membership expires at the end of the current term, with full access remaining until then.

All subscription settings can be managed online at any time, but if anything feels unclear, our customer support team is only an email away and always happy to help.
