I was unable to send two Fathers Day cards. I would like a refund.

Hi. I send ecards and I don’t know if they have been delivered. Previously I would receive a notification when the card was opened. Now I don’t know. How do I find out if the card has been delivered. The old program was so much better. I love being able to send ecards to people.

I appreciate so much the customer service through the email regarding the struggle I had. I just read another review with the same struggle. We both used 1 2 3 cards instead of 123 greetings. The cards website charges between $49 and $53 for sending out a card, while the greetings website is free.
Otherwise I have used 123 greetings many times and thought that's what I was on last week.
Beware of the similarity and be careful when you are on the internet Thank you 1 2 3 greetings.

Uninstalling the app is a big waste of time. They say you have to pay under €7 and you come to checkout and are billed more than €40. Thank God the bank is reliable enough.

VERY IMPRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE..even though I had not placed my order with 123Greetings ...so, BE CAREFUL. THERE IS A DIFFERENT SITE with almost same name - 123Cards.. I sent a free e card on that site which was not delivered and somehow triggered a trial membership and got charged $53 .. I mistakenly thought it was 123greetings- they followed up with me even though I didnt even place the order with them.. Rare these days to get personal, helpful service. Looking forward to ordering on 123Greetings.com
footnote: the other site 123.cards did respond and agreed to refund my charge

Timely response and helpful information from 123Greetings alerted me to identify 123Cards as the company who attempted to charge me for a subscription I was not aware of nor had agreed to.

What a wonderful way to select and specifically personalize for a particular person.
If you wish you can create your own card and insert a photo, so much fun.
The staff are extremely helpful and polite.

I tried to send a greeting card but it got sent back saying that inbox was full. I sent the same person a coraspondence email and they received that. So I am confused why they did not get my greeting card sent!

Once I got my issue with your site it was easy to navigate

Someone replied to my problem of a card I sent to a friend for her birthday. I put the incorrect e-mail address missing the last 2 letters of it. The issue was resolved and the card was sent. Thank you for your help I really appreciate it.
