I do not understand why you ruined my…
I do not understand why you ruined my 123 card experience by introducing a metric conversion.apt. That has nothing to do with digital cards and it screwed up my successful using of your program. I did not have an alternative to opt out. It could easily have been a phishing program.

I just LOVE 123 Cards
I just LOVE 123 Cards! They send reminders of the special days coming up and let me know when a card I've sent has been opened. I haven't had to contact them for anything for a long time, but way back whn I did it was my own fault for omitting something in the recipients address; the stff is wonderfully friendly and hepful!

You all are inconsistent with letting…
You all are inconsistent with letting me know someone open my card. I do not receive the notification all the time. Only sometimes. I will get an email saying
“Mary open your card” or l will receive an email & no follow up saying Mary had not opened your card “ and then no follow up.

As confirmed, our system always sends a notification when a card is delivered and again when it’s opened. For time-sensitive cards, such as birthdays or anniversaries, you may also receive an additional reminder if the card hasn’t yet been opened after a certain period. This extra service is simply there to give you the option to follow up and help ensure your thoughtful message is seen as soon as possible.
Keeping senders informed each step of the way is important to us. In addition to the emails, you can always view an up-to-date overview of your sent cards and their status online.
If you ever have questions, we’re always happy to help and are just a message away.

Fraudulent use of my credit card
Fraudulent use of my credit card. Within 10 minutes of providing my card information to 123, I received call from my financial institution re fraudulent charges on my card. 123 cards compromised my information and allowed a video gaming distributor to use that info to repeatedly charge my account 2 minutes after 123 charge was made

I’m very sorry to read your review and can assure you that our website is safe. At the same time, I understand how concerning it must have been to receive a fraud alert after your purchase.
The only transaction made with us was the single Premium e-card you sent, priced at USD 4.99. No additional charges have been made by us, and as a gesture of goodwill this payment has already been refunded.
Our company is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. To allow international payments to process, some banks may ask for the cardholder's validation by flagging the charge. This is just a service they provide to their customers and does not mean that the charge isn't legitimate.
I appreciate the opportunity to clarify how payments are handled on our website, as this is important to understand why the additional charges you mention are not connected to your use of our website.
We do not receive, store, or have access to customers’ credit card details. When a payment is made on 123cards the information is entered directly into Stripe’s secure payment systems. Stripe is a globally acclaimed payment provider known for their high levels of encryption and security protocols.
We take the privacy and security of our customers extremely seriously, and no information is ever shared with third parties.
If you have additional unfamiliar charges, I recommend raising this directly with your bank. They are best placed to investigate the source of those transactions and advise you in more specifics.
We are, of course, happy to help with any remaining questions or concerns. Our customer support team is only an email away and ready to assist.

Excellent service …
I haven’t used 123 e-cards for years but our Grandson lives in China and this is the perfect way to send him Greetings . Cheaper than sending a card . It was easy to order and I was informed along the way of progress . My Grandson was delighted . I had to work out the time difference so he got it in the morning , which worked perfectly. I am very satisfied.

Excellent customer service
I ordered this card as I understood that my grandson's name would be in the song. It's just saying 'Happy birthday to you' instead of 'Happy birthday to Connor'. Very disappointed.
Further to this review I have now spoken with Sasha at 123cards & she has explained that not all cards include the name of the recipient in the song. It was my mistake as I didn't check the details more carefully. Other than that issue I have always been happy with my e-cards & the customer service is excellent. Cheers
