What a fantastic service you supply.
I left my phone on the airplane when we landed at Stanstead airport and thought I would never see it again , I got in touch with First flight and a week later it was posted to me and I was so relieved as you can imagine. Thankyou so much

Amazing experience from First Flight

We unfortunately not realised we had lost our 2 year olds bag. It was a personalised bag with his name on with lots of toys he’s fond of. By luck we had left & old bank card with my name on that First flight must of used to track us down! We got an email out the blue as we genuinely thought the bag was gone. Had to pay courier for bag return but that was a small price to pay. Thanks again!

Mobile phone

My mobile phone was confiscated by Spanish Supervisor handler at the gate before boarding flight to Gran Canara as I dropped my phone whilst checking my partner suitcase after declaring we had electrical toothbrushes and already checked in with my boarding pass from my phone and realising after I closed suitcase my phone was in suitcase. Easy jet contacted baggage handler to remove my suitcase and was told security needed to be present at gate before boarding on flight. I informed closing gate staff and a miserable spanish supervisor baggage handler rolled his eyes whilst I mentioned it was a innocent mistake. Was told by security they would escort me to the tarmac where suitcase was left and I could not take phone with me and had to stay behind which I agreed but my phone had my return booking ref for our return flight home which I managed to get my son to send me details as we bought his holiday and we logged onto Easy jet app with his email address. Security said I would need to go to Lost and found to retrieve my phone which I tried to submit whilst away but when I returned I sent email to Gatwick at Lost and Found to follow up to be told there was no records. I then sent emai to Easy Jet customer service and was told to try 1st Flight with no joy then 1st Flight advised me to go on airport lost and found and after giving details of my phone which was not lost they had a match and Vanessa who I used chat line was most helpful and downside was I had to pay £30.00 to deliver next day today 20th September, 2025 with DPD. I will put in a complaint concerning baggage handler as security guards would have handed my phone back but baggage handler said they couldn't due their policy even though I explained it was a innocent mistake.

Josh is a lifesaver! Impeccable service.

Couldn’t have been happier with the service.
Josh was so helpful over WhatsApp and had our cases.
It was so stressful trying to sort them out as the paperwork TUI gave us wasn’t right / working.
Josh did it all on my behalf and had my cases there ready to send with DHL.
Honestly could not be more thankful.

They found my case!

My suitcase was lost on a recent trip to Verona with British Aiways. Apart from one dress I had nothing to wear for 4 days and we had to return home early Our holiday ruined. But Mike called me today to say he may have found my case! We went through some questions about the content of the case and he confirmed it was mine. Mike was so thorough and professional but also empathetic. My belongings are on their way back to me thanks to this company. I am forever grateful to Mike and the team!

EasyJet sent our case to LGW instead of…

EasyJet sent our case to LGW instead of Madrid we had so much hassle trying get help from EasyJet at the airport
( no one there to help ) after two hours searching we decided to just to head to our hotel and see if we could call easy jet the first person we called gave us another number to call so we did and we were given another number for us to call again
This happened 6 times being sent from pillar to post
so we decided to email them they emailed us back and said it would take up to 10 days to get back to us we were only in Madrid 4 days
Got back home they sent us a email asking us to contact Madrid airport
I couldn’t believe it another number to call rather annoying when it was EasyJet that caused the problem NOT US
Anyway out of the blue we had a call from Mike from first flight to tell us they have located our missing luggage and that he will get the case to us as soon as possible such a professional person understanding and so dedicated to his job really good manor in customer relations he said that he would sort everything out for us and get our case sent to us
the case has now arrived to our house now so
Thank you very much Mike your a gentleman your the only person who didn’t give us another number for us to call
So well done Mike thanks for your help

Missing Wallet

My daughter left a card holder on a flight from Almeria back in April. It had her bank card, driver's licence and other bits in it. I logged the missing item more than in hope but to our surprise and delight got an email to say that it had been located! The wallet is now on its way back to my daughter. The service I received was fantastic and would certainly recommend logging anything that gets mislaid because I a sure the 1stFlight team will do all they can to locate it.

Mike was fantastic!

My mum’s luggage was left on Gatwick Airport untagged by the airline and luckily it was found and returned to us by First Flight. Mike in particular was very professional and super helpful. He communicated every step of the way to confirm the bag was returned to us. We are grateful to him for his assistance!!

Mike did the highly unlikely and…

Mike did the highly unlikely and matched my luggage (lost at the check-in counter, with no tag or identification on it) to my claim. He was able to get it back to me in spite of complicated logistics and multiple airlines being involved. Thanks again Mike!

Mi equipaje no llego del vuelo…

Mi equipaje no llego del vuelo Madrid-París, Mike es en excelente empleado y un gran ser humano logró contactarme y darme la buena noticia. localizó mi equipaje me dio tranquilidad, hoy ya tengo mi equipaje en casa en solo dos días después de que Mike me dio la buena noticia.
Si estas leyendo esto Mike, agradezco infinitamente tu amabilidad y gentileza que Dios te pague y te bendiga.

Excellent easyJet staff

We lost one of our cases on the return from our holiday in Malaga. After many failed attempts to get the problem resolved with Tui, we contacted easyJet and Gemma looked after us.
I cannot praise Gemma highly enough. She has worked extremely hard to locate our lost luggage and got it returned to Gatwick where we could collect it.
Without Gemma we would never have seen our luggage again. Our next holiday will be an easyJet holiday.
I must say that Gemma is a credit to easyJet. She is absolutely fantastic. Thank you

Upon arriving in Gatwick I was unable…

Upon arriving in Gatwick I was unable to retrieve my checked suitcase. I returned to the US and made contact with Easy Jet and was promptly contacted by Gemma initially and then Mike. Mike followed through finding and verifying my suitcase. He was polite and professional and he and the process was very efficient. He was able to receive approval from Easy Jet to send my luggage to the U.S. which arrived undamaged everything intact and quickly. I can't thank Mike enough for the effort he put forth into dealing with this issue. I was so happy to receive my suitcase with everything in it just the way I packed it despite Mike having to verify contents. Thank you Mike for everything you did !!!

My case did not arrive at Gatwick when l went to collect it.
Was given a form from easyjet staff to get in touch with the company above.
Excellent staff who were very helpful and found my case and kept in touch with the progress.
Delivered to my house on time.
