1training.com is one of the best online training platform in Uk. I had a good experience when i did a diploma in nursing assistant in 2021, they provide a good quality teaching with videos, and customer care service that are ready to help, they also provide accredited courses that are so affordable & accessible,

I received course access and exam voucher soon after I purchased the course. When I accessed to my online learning portal I realised it is super cool course. Very good video tutorials and tutor is great in his teaching style. I love to recommend 1Training’s Prince2 course with no hesitation.

I was offered great price for the project management course bundle. Harry was excellent in explaining everything about each course of the bundle. Course content is great and value for the money. Recommend!

I found the course content is very informative and engaging. The course delivers positive learning experience about how business analysis works in real business situations and it kept me interested and eager to learn more. The course composed mock exams, case studies and example are very useful for preparing the exam. I am experienced it well and appreciate tutor support on my questions.

I left a review because I had serious concerns that I wouldn't receive an exam voucher. I had a response to this review asking me to email 1training for assistance but I haven't had a response to any emails in 2.5 weeks.

Note that the advertising for the Prince2 course says: "The exam voucher will be issued immediately upon your course enrolment.". This is NOT TRUE.

For anyone in the UK - if you paid on a credit card and haven't received the exam voucher then you can use Section 75 through your credit card company for protection (there is no time limit on this).

I would love to see evidence that anyone ever actually receives the exam vouchers they'd paid for. Like others I am stuck on career progression because of this and feel completely duped by 1training's advertising.

Update: In response to 1training's reply I have emailed. They haven't responded in almost 3 weeks so I am not convinced this will lead to anything either.

Finding 1Training was ideal for me as studying at home is my only option and a comfortable one. The modules within the courses are straight forward and exciting to learn from. Prices are affordable and the company is always willing to help when needed.

I completed a Business Administration diploma with them and it was a great experience. I learnt a lot from it and these are the skills that employers are looking for. I look forward to studying with them again as it’s at my own pace and so worth it. Do study with them as it’ll unlock your potential.

The service today which was was provided by Nick today was excellent. Nick answered very promptly and dealt with my query very quickly. Nick provided an excellent service for 1 Training .org.

I have great experience to share I passed the Prince2 Practitioner exam at fist attempt. 1training was amazing throughout my learning journey and fabulous instructor, great learning content and customer service.
