About 200 Degrees
Some time, many years ago, two bar owners wanted to serve the best possible cup of coffee to their customers. Thus began a search, that started a journey, which became an obsession, and lead to three men being alone in the corner of a garage (with a coffee roaster) until finally, in 2012, they created 200 Degrees Coffee and decided to show it to the world, starting with Nottingham.
Like lots of people, we are passionate about coffee and whilst we're sure there are more important things in life, we just can't think of any.
We spend all day roasting, making, drinking and talking about ‘coffee coffee coffee coffee’ but we also understand that the perfect cup of coffee is not just about taste or even about what’s in the cup, it’s about doing everything the right way.
Our Mission
We aim to be a company with high standards in everything we do and that applies to our coffee, our shops, our service and the way we treat people, including our suppliers.

Excellent customer care
The first shipment arrived damaged in transit; however, 200 degrees sent a replacement immediately upon notification - excellent service Thank you.

Too long to to be delivered
The only reason I’m giving it 1 star is due to the amount of time it is taking to get delivered. I placed the order on Sunday and it is scheduled to arrive on Friday, I only live 25 miles away from Nottingham.
I love the coffee which I ran out of on Tuesday and would of expected it on Wednesday.

No second chance to make a first impression.
My first order with 200 degrees. The initial experience was positive, good communication, delivery with Yodel was faultless. However, not everything I bought was in the package. I got an apology, and the missing item was dispatched promptly.
I'm especially concerned that if this had been a gift the error might not have been discovered.

Food came out at 09.10 and my latte came out at 09.25. Latte was cold, this is my first bad experience with this company but I’m writing this because of the way I was treated by the barista. The date is 27/07/24 at York outlet. NOT HAPPY

Love this company and their coffee
Love this company and their coffee! I order the beans and grind them myself each day and the smell and taste are divine! So fresh, each monthly batch roasted just before delivery. I think that's what makes it taste so good!. I've only ever had one hiccup with an order and I got an instant response and fantastic customer service - truly above and beyond...so as you've probably guessed,Yes! I would highly recommend the coffee and Company. Thanks guys( and gals) keep up the great work it's much appreciated.

excellent detailed technical know-how
Who knew the world of coffee was so much more technical than you though possible? The barista course was everything I hoped - being both factual and hands-on in the right amount. I've learnt so much more about the process from fruit to cup. I've a new appreciation of the skill needed to make a great drink. My home barista journey has now officially started.

Rais the trainer, was brilliant ,patient understanding, knows the profession, certificate brilliant ,needs names in calligraphy, you should provide a 11.00 break cake ,so I had to pay for them £17.50 for 10 can't you afford £1.75 each ,if you book further course 10% allowance. Classroom ambience good , and a simple multiple question sheet or team quiz to confirm understanding
