I ordered a Fellow Ode 2 Grinder and a Moccamaster Select here. I inadvertently received a Gen 1 grinder in a single box with no tracking information or evidence that the Moccamaster was in the order. I contacted Rachael at customer service who (in the age of the chatbot) was very precise, responsive, reassuring and tackled the problem head on. Being new to the UK, I had no printer to produce a return label and no clue where to find a FedEx in Reading to initiate the return. Rachael provided a label and guidance on FedEx locations near me. She also found the tracking on the missing Moccamaster. Eventually, everything returned and arrived correctly. I had a wonderful cup of coffee this morning. So the mix-up and the errors turned into a wonderful customer support experience in the end. For that reason alone, I would definitely order again. Rachael and Clumsy Goat also were kind enough to throw in a free gift of two large bags of coffee beans with the correct grinder. Top notch folks, thank you.

Had an issue with a high value order. Although it took slightly longer than needed, they resolved the issue fully. I would order from these guys again the customer service is very good. Very impressed overall.

Ordered 250 g of espresso beans and they were wonderful; at the beginning of the day it’s all about the taste and those one or two cups each day need to hit the spot. Have tried most brands on the supermarket shelves; a couple are good, not great, and most poor. Trying some online brands based on recommendations and Clumsy Goat is the winner so far - I think we’’ll try more of their selection and fill up the delivery box next time.

I ordered a new setup after my Barista express packed up, shopping around and looking at all sorts of machines, all in one or grinder and machine combos i stumbled upon a good duo through clumsy goat, bellezza bellona and eureka mignon zero, customer service was brilliant, I had gone with next day delivery and firstly missing the slot Kate refunded me the next day delivery fee and assured it would be here the next day, and also the day after I ordered my new espresso machine and grinder they went on sale so she also deducted me the difference on what id paid the day previous, top notch, and I would highly reccomend and would definitely shop here again 10/10

Bought some of the Peruvian beans for my bean to cup machine. Lovely flavour and far less acidic than most. Delivery was in good time. Buying the small bag as an experiment was the right thing to do but per cup was expensive so just bought two 1kg bags which is much better value.

I recently came across Clumsy Goat Coffee and decided to try their Peruvian beans. I was genuinely impressed — the coffee arrived freshly roasted and the flavour was outstanding. It’s smooth, sweet, and far superior to anything I’ve bought from a supermarket.

Yes, you pay a little more than supermarket beans, but the freshness and quality are on a completely different level. It’s absolutely worth it.
