Extremely poor communication - basically non existent! Placed an order initially for 2 sizes to try fit, sent one back for a refund - heard absolutely nothing even though the parcel was tracked and signed for - had to chase and chase and chase for a response which I finally received several weeks later. In the meantime I am still waiting on another order placed nearly 3 weeks ago and have had no updates - again have chased and chased and chased. No response via email, one response via WhatsApp and Instagram messaging - all stating they have been inundated with orders and have issues with logistics partners. Left a comment on one of their social media adds which was taken down by them. Wouldn’t trust them!!

Eerlijk!! Prachtige, stevige mooie schoenen. Heel tevreden, doet wat hij belooft. Ik had zelf een maatje groter besteld en dat was goed! Bedankt, de volgende koop ook bij jou.

Al jaren koop ik hier mijn schoenen. De kwaliteit is de beste en de prijzen zijn ook erg goed. Daarnaast is het personeel altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik kom hier met veel plezier terug!
