Do not buy from this company….they send you faulty goods and then will not refund! Also send replacements without any explanation or communication. Frauds!

I received the trainers and immediately disliked the style so I returned them. I had to chase down a returns label AFTER 5 days of hearing nothing from them and then another to find out when I’d get my refund as they had received the trainers back and I had heard nothing after 10 days of their return. Today to my and my partner’s amazement they claimed the trainers had “some dirt marks”. On them. I’d literally tried them on and put them straight back in the box as I didn’t like them. This seems like a scam not to accept returns. I have now warned them I will go to the financial ombudsman if they do not refund my money immediately. Do not buy. This seems like a scam from Android Homme not to accept refunds.
UPDATE!! The reply from Android Homme is embarrassing to them. I have seen the photos they have sent me. They are embarrassing to them. There is faint superficial dirts marks from trying them on; on our tiled kitchen floor. They haven’t even tried to wipe the marks on the trainers. This is just a ploy to not refund customers. I am now taking action in the small claims court to retrieve my refund and I would advise anyone else who is being scammed by this company to do the same. I will post the small claims court result on here in the coming months.

I have just ordered my 4th pair of android trainers and it is because they are beyond comparison to so many other high end and often far more expensive brands offerings.
I love that they use classic styles and just turn them up to 11 with attention to detail in often such subtle ways.
Keep up the fantastic work and I am gonna continue to return in order to add to my collection. I have not had the pleasure of cecilia as I have not had a single issue with my purchases to need to speak to customer service but I am sure other reviewers comments are valid if your product is anything to go by then your staff are of equal quality.

I had an excellent experience with this company’s customer service, especially Cecilia Alvarez. After contacting them about a damaged pair of trainers, Cecilia responded quickly and handled everything professionally and efficiently. Within just a couple of days of emailing, she had arranged for a brand-new pair to be sent out to me.
The issue was resolved far quicker than I expected, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to see customer service handled with such care and urgency. Thank you, Cecilia, for the outstanding support — it’s truly appreciated!

Although more expensive than other trainers, it goes back to "you get what you pay for" the quality is shown in the weight and overall finish. These are built to last.
The customer service I experienced recently on an order, Cecilia couldn't be more helpful. I've never had experience like this before. Which makes it even more special. I've also been invited to contact them any time if I have any questions about the range of interest in the future.
For me this deserves a 5 star product and service rating.

I have ordered 8 pairs of shoes from Android Homme. Not only are they super stylish but also lots of people ask about the brand. I mostly use there for work and casual use. I recently had an issue with one of the new pairs of shoes and AH sorted it out within warranty with no issues. Amazing shoes and company.

Bought my first thing from their store. A pair of trainers. And to start I must say that the quality is much elevated compared to other more sportswear brands. I paid £125 for my shoes and that is quite a steep increase from other brands but I can tell they will last me a long time while being incredibly comfortable. Delivery could have been faster.

I’ve been a customer for a few years now and the designs and quality of the footwear is what I like; for this reason AH is my go to shoe.
My experience with the AH team has been spot on and on the odd occasion I have had an issue it’s been dealt with in a timely manner. The customer service team is great and they value you as a customer. A special thanks to Cecilia who dealt with my query recently and goes above and beyond…it’s really appreciated.
Shame the service wasn't as big as the ego on this company.
Had to wait to be "accepted" to qualify for a returns label?
That took 4 days ....
Sent it back it was returned straight away and recieved...
Still no sign of the refund ??
Avoid using this company
Please be aware of his company will not honor price protection on discounts for instance I purchased a product on Black Friday and they added further discounts on cyber Monday and will not compensate the discounts truly terrible customer service!
The delivery was also very unclear I payed the price for next day delivery and four days later I am still waiting!
Judging by where they are based I find the lack of empathy and poor customer service to be quite shady I would not purchase or trust this company in the future please be warned
What started as a really poor first experience shopping with Android Homme has completely turned around.
After initially receiving the wrong size and feeling that customer service didn’t handle it as well as I’d hoped, I was later contacted by the team and from that point onwards, everything changed. The situation was dealt with quickly, professionally, and with a personal touch that honestly exceeded my expectations.
I’ve never experienced such a high level of care and professionalism from a company before. The trainers themselves are outstanding the quality is second to none.
I’m really pleased that what began as a frustrating experience ended up showing how much Android Homme value their customers. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again.
I had wrong size delivered sent bk same day. Advisor was safe kept me informed has taken a day or two to return but 4 days not that bad.. they look kool can't wait to wear them all in all good experience will defo use again .. thanks
Absolutely disgusted with the quality of the trainers I have received. Got my husband a pair and they literally fell apart the material started to tear and crack after a couple wears. They sent me a replacement pair and my husband has worn them once! And the same thing has happened. I emailed them to ask for a full refund and they have said they have nothing wrong with their trainers and that they are not willing to offer me a resolution. I was utterly appalled considering the cost of these trainers and I expected better quality and good customer service. I am going to take this further as I'm not willing to accept they won't do anything.
Recently received a new pair of trainers, unfortunately one of the trainers was slightly damaged. I spoke to customer service and Tim who couldn’t have been more helpful. I was sent out a new pair within days. Great quality and looked really nice on. Thanks again
Do not use this company! I ordered trainers on Thursday, paying £5.99 for next-day delivery. It is now the following Monday, and I have still not received any updates on my order!
Do not use this company they will sell you shoes quoting US sizes charge you for delivery then charge you twice as much for a return even though I tried to cancel the order within 30mins of making the purchase.

I purchased two pairs of trainers in the sale. Lovely trainers but the sizes run far too small (maybe two sizes). An issue that I have not had with other brands.
I received a lovely reply from customer service when I gave them the feedback but after paying a delivery charge of £4.95 then having to pay £7.95 to return them due to this issue no amount of kind words can compensate for my disappointment. To then receive an email asking to review (also asking about sizing) was even more frustrating. Charging for returns for a "sizing issue" is very poor and has stopped me from reordering at full price. Especially after spending my hard earned money for the fun of it.
Love their footwear. Received my second pair today. Brilliant quick service.
