2by2 offered the itinerary we were looking for and the quality of hotels, tours and transfers were first class.
Excellent communication including emails when we were on holiday checking everything was going well.

From the first contact to returning home everything was handled exceptionally well by Jackie at 2 by 2. This included initial requests for additional nights, advising us immediately about changes to accommodation and dealing with our flight changes including one at the last minute as our first flight from Manchester was cancelled. The tour company they used in Namibia was excellent with a first class guide. All the accommodation used was of a good quality and location for seeing the incredible sights.

I booked a holiday to Kenya for my two daughters. Because they were travelling alone I was a little nervous in advance, but Jackie at 2by2 developed a tailor-made trip in which ticked all the boxes (and more) and ensured they were well looked after. Communication was excellent throughout, when flights changed so did meeting times with the guides, everything ran like clockwork. The girls had the time of their lives and I have no hesitation in highly recommending 2by2.

It was no exaggeration when I was told the Okavango Delta is a safari gem. Coupled with an excellent in-country tour operator the experience well exceeded expectations.

Travel was as smooth as possible , th only problem was the cancellation of a flight at short notice, which the team rearranged quickly and efficiently.
All the guides and drivers used were absolutely excellent and all went above and beyond what they were obliged to do.
We were kept informed throughout the planning process
I highly recommend 2by2 for any traveller especially those with a degree of limited mobility .

Every thing went so smoothly with all connections and transfers. All accommodation was good. Chobe lodge was great as a hotel but not really a game lodge we prefer the more traditional game lodge. All guides were really good. Rangers at Chobe lodge drove very fast and there were far too many vehicles there all driving really fast and overtaking each other at times. The river Chobe evening cruises were excellent.

We had another spectacular holiday arranged by 2by2 in Peru, Brazil and Argentina. Having had an amazing time in South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe last year, we used 2by2 to go to Peru, Brazil and Argentina this year, and we are so pleased that we did.
We told Kate what we were most interested in doing and then she added in elements we hadn't thought of or even heard of! Each part of the holiday was terrific.
We had some problems during the holiday (none of them caused by 2by2) but these were all sorted out quickly and efficiently so that there was minimal impact on our trip. For example, the day before we were due to fly out BA changed our flights from Heathrow which would have delayed our arrival in Peru by a day. 2by2 got on the phone and within an hour we had new flights that meant we arrived on schedule in Peru. Whilst in Peru there was a train strike, so our planned rail journey from Puno to Cusco was cancelled. As we couldn't do an 11 hour coach trip because the roads may have been blockaded, Condor Travel (2by2's agents in Peru) sorted out flights which kept us on track for the holiday. There was never any fuss they just got the problems sorted quickly and efficiently so our holiday continued without interruption - we were very impressed!
So now we're thinking of going to Borneo or Uganda and we will definitely be arranging this through 2 by2.
We can't recommend them highly enough.

The service and communication was brilliant

I have just returned from a wonderful 21 day holiday booked with 2 by 2. They listened to what we wanted to do and see and planned our holiday accordingly. It was exactly what we wanted and asked for. Any questions or queries we had before or during our stay were answered immediately so we had no anxious moments. The hotels were all of a very good standard and the tours were excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this travel agent.

I wouldn't hesitate to strongly recommend 2by2 Holidays.We had an amazing holiday. The lodges were excellent and the Oyster Box was the icing on the cake for the last few days in Durban. A special word of thanks for the driver/guides that transported us throughout two weeks. Always prompt and full of interesting information which made the journeys fly by.
We did book a half day tour and boat trip with Jan in Durban which I think could be added to the itinerary as it was very interesting and we were guided through the local markets.
But a very special thank you to Sue who really went beyond as she worked through the night to organize an alternative flight home after our flight with Qatar Airlines was cancelled at the last moment due to the war. This was not easy but we arrived back safely. So well done 2by2.

2x2 set up a three country tour for Nepal, India and Sri Lanka. All of the tours, guides and drivers were set up perfectly and were always on time. The guides were very knowledgeable. We learned a lot on this trip and really enjoyed the sites, sounds and the food. Great Trip.

Birding with a camera tour in Costa Rica. The trip was very good value. Communications from 2 By 2 were excellent. The itinerary was very varied and the bird guide was very skillful at finding birds.

Great experience, everything was perfect. I'll absolutely get in touch with 2by2 for future vacations. Lisa was very kind and answered me the hundreds emails I sent, and took care of every detail.

The whole trip came fully up to expectations, if not exceeded them. With a group of just 4 clients plus an excellent guide/driver, we were treated to over 300 bird species which the guide found, identified, and helped us to see and, in most case, photograph. We were given enough time to enjoy each sighting, whilst being taken to sufficient sites to achieve such a high number of species. The accommodation and lunchtime meals were all excellent.

We went as serious amateur naturalists, hoping not to see just birds, but much of the amazing wildlife in Costa Rica as well.
We were not disappointed.
Butterflies, frogs, snakes, bugs, galore. Mammals in abundance and - birds - 332 species!!!.
Incredible guide Jeisson Hernandez highly recommended.

I think the process 2by2 uses to help you get the itinerary you want is excellent. Kate and her colleagues were knowledgeable and patient andthat really helped us plan our three week trip, mainly to wonderfully diverse Chile, but also a few days at the end in Buenos Aires. Would highly recommend speaking to 2by2 and if you choose them you will be in good hands.

We have just returned from a trip to India taking in the Golden triangle and a 2 day safari in Ranthambore tiger reserve.
India can be a challenging country to visit in terms of the traffic, the poverty of many of the local people and the rubbish everywhere but the drivers and guides arranged by 2by2 made it all very easy.
We stayed in some lovely hotels and enjoyed good food including a cookery demonstration and meal cooked by a local family in Jaipur.
The Taj Mahal lived up to its reputation and is truly wonderful.
Best of all we saw a tiger up really close to us on our last safari in Ranthambore.
We have used 2by2 before for a safari in Zambia and we would definitely use them in the future
