Lunch letdown
Yes my granddaughter had a ball as always, the facilities are great. But. When ordering food (from the menu) I’m told once again-it’s not available-how disappointing. So I did not bother ordering for myself, as that put me off. This really let it down for me, the lunch experience was part of the visit.

Dear Lynn,
I am not supplying food. I have no connection with your granddaughter's ball. I guess you mix up something. Kind regards,
No waste and responsive service
So great to be able to buy the length of cord needed avoiding waste. Speedy turnaround and very helpful and responsive to my query. Perfect!

Just what I wanted
Just what I wanted and hard to find (very thin, strong black cord) - a useful contact to have made for the future. Delivery took a little longer than I'd hoped is my only reason for dropping one star, we're spoilt by Amazon so perhaps that's unfair.
