Worst Company to Work For
You are hired stating probation is three months but they won't even discuss before you cross six months and only if you keep pushing. They will not pay overtime but that's more than your work hours and even on your off, if you're genuinely unavailable be prepared for a tongue lashing!
Weekoff is often cancelled due to "emergency" or stating "All Hands on Deck" and you are expected to drop everything and work.
Appraisal never happens except in words to threaten or dangle and push more work on you. For the last few months multiple reasons including the end of the fiscal year, bank offs and whatnot were given to postpone it and still nothing. If you ask about the delay, they will blame you or tell the CEO is travelling and couldn't look into it and all the humbug!
The director is a Keralite and unless you are one, you would have a tough time and even then, be ready to be a chamcha for him, no matter how good you are. He's petty, intrusive and an overall dog with a bone and keeps setting you up to fail. He will say you should take responsibility but will keep micromanaging and interfering and drive you mad. There are some unwritten rules here and even the CEO won't deal fairly if the director is involved. You should never cross anyone, including taking blame on yourself if needed but not point at the director's favourites.
Profanity is very common and they treat you like slaves. You won't even have room to breathe and they always keep you in hyper mode. They will give fake promotions without payraise but of course workload increases. If you keep pushing for your offs or appraisal or speak against overtime you'd be fired or branded.
They will keep calling for meetings only towards the tailend of your shift and it will run for more than a couple of hours if not more. Same goes for assigning work - but you have to finish no matter what because it was assigned during your shift. And don't forget the classic - since they're understanffed always, you are expected to pitch in for them but if you don't have time for your work it's incompetence!! They will call you at all times beyond your shift and you're expected to attend the calls even if it is your sleeping time. Same goes for your before your shift hours too, you should pick up and ensure you are in an environment that's not noisy!!!! Whether you're in a funeral or function or movie or whatever, you must pick up and answer from where it's not noisy, get whatever they wanted done and go back!!
You are always expected to jump in when needed, which is always, because they never hire enough staff. But even when you need off it's almost never granted. A very bad place to work if you value your self-respect, personal time and time. You will really lose your health and more working here. Once your use is over, they will throw you out unceremoniously. The most thankless, soulless and ruthless company you will ever encounter.

Excellent care…
365 Medicare have been providing care for my husband’s uncle since he came out of hospital. He’s 97 and had completely lost his mobility during his hospital stay and couldn’t go upstairs.
He’s now living back in his house and is able to mobilise around. His carer’s, predominantly Mo, have helped him to regain his mobility. He no longer has to have his bed downstairs.
Mo brightens his day. Stan has become very attached to him and is very grateful for all the work Mo has done with him.
Mo is very kind and Stan feels safe with him. Mo is compassionate and caring and we are all very grateful for him. Thank you Mo

I honestly can’t thank Moo enough for the care and support he provide. From day one Moo has been kind, patient and incredibly attentive. He always take the time to listen and understand my needs and he make sure I feel comfortable and respected. Reliable company who keep you informed and care
After mum experienced being looked after by carers on two previous occasion's (with very mixed results on a daily basis) when the time came in the Summer for mum to have help once again, I am so glad we selected 365 Medicare, from the companies who said they had capacity to look after mum. They are a very well organised company who strive to ensure they get things right first time, and if, on some occasions there are staff shortages at short notice, (traffic, illness etc.) they keep you informed and always ensure mum is treated as a priority. They proved invaluable recently when a carer on her evening shift suggested to relatives visiting that they should call an ambulance as mum should definitely be checked out by the hospital.

The care that all the staff give my mum…
The care that all the staff give my mum is exceptional, staff cater for my mum needs as she has dementia, they have often changed visiting times to suit my mum needs. Always treating my mum with compassion, dignity and respect. Managers often go round to see my mum and go above and beyond to help her. My mum is housebound and needed a dentist, Sam the manager stayed with my mum until she made an appointment with a dentist to do a home visit, I was on Hoilday at the time and Sam told me not to worry she will make sure my mum is seen by a dental practitioner. Thank you all and being so understanding of dementia and the challenges it can bring

Monday 14th of August
Carers name: Mahitt
Mahitt cares for my husband Hugh who is in his 6-7 years Altzheimers Disease. He is a very caring person whom Hugh is more than happy with.
We hope he can always see Hugh daily. The time of his visits is between 8-15 8-45am which is perfect.
I had a problem yesterday opening the locked box which houses Hugh's daily meds so he didn't get his Sunday dose. I left a note for Mahitt telling him. I would appreciate if he could let you know if he had a problem with it too.
I put out Hugh's breakfast cereal, sultanas and sugar. Milk is in the fridge. And he can make coffee himself.
Generally he can wipe the dishes at night but I have to show him where everything goes.
I am not up usually when Mahitt arrives as I try to sleep in due to terrible nights with back pain ( in May my pain meds were cut due to me falling more than I should. In May I tripped in the kitchen and knocked my head on a corner unit and was unconscious for 2-3 hours in hospital) so I'm in a lot more pain than before the meds were reduced)
I have awful hot 🔥 flushes too all through the day & night ( between 4-5 times during the night alone) and more during the day)
I'll be 80 in January didnt think that hot 🔥flushes carried on at my age but they do in my case and I'm shattered all the time so Mahitts visits let me sleep until Hugh needs me for some reason usually to find out what day it is, even though I write it on our white board, and if we are going anywhere.
