Carers name: Mahitt
Mahitt cares for my husband Hugh who is in his 6-7 years Altzheimers Disease. He is a very caring person whom Hugh is more than happy with.
We hope he can always see Hugh daily. The time of his visits is between 8-15 8-45am which is perfect.
I had a problem yesterday opening the locked box which houses Hugh's daily meds so he didn't get his Sunday dose. I left a note for Mahitt telling him. I would appreciate if he could let you know if he had a problem with it too.
I put out Hugh's breakfast cereal, sultanas and sugar. Milk is in the fridge. And he can make coffee himself.
Generally he can wipe the dishes at night but I have to show him where everything goes.
I am not up usually when Mahitt arrives as I try to sleep in due to terrible nights with back pain ( in May my pain meds were cut due to me falling more than I should. In May I tripped in the kitchen and knocked my head on a corner unit and was unconscious for 2-3 hours in hospital) so I'm in a lot more pain than before the meds were reduced)
I have awful hot 🔥 flushes too all through the day & night ( between 4-5 times during the night alone) and more during the day)
I'll be 80 in January didnt think that hot 🔥flushes carried on at my age but they do in my case and I'm shattered all the time so Mahitts visits let me sleep until Hugh needs me for some reason usually to find out what day it is, even though I write it on our white board, and if we are going anywhere.

When we started haveing your staff comeing to care for mum there’s been. Plenty problems ranging from from
1 language barrier staff not understanding you
Staff turning up early then trying to give medication out under 4 hour window which one member of staff wen I wouldn’t let him give medication to my mum started being argumentative an be aggressive all because he was goin to finish late
3 when makeing food from frozen under cooked it an served it cold with chicken in it
4 same members of staff stated I was being aggressive can’t do your job leave Medicare need to train staff better
5ive had to complain few times bout this company nothing ever done but your very quick to act with allegations as in staff just mentioned saying I’m aggressive.
6 I’ve asked for the recording 6 times now to all these complaints not received or management call from you very poor service I’ve a meeting with Socail services an safeguarding team in this matter soon an will be looking to change from you. I’ve asked today for these recording 13/8/25 still no phone call in this matter.

Lovely carers for my elderly father
I am writing on behalf of my 86 year old father who has Alzheimer’s - 365medicare have been helping him three months now and there is a good routine in place with lovely carers. He has liked all his carers but in particular he sees Yemi and Ubong who are really lovely and caring towards him. Currently he has help with breakfast and an evening meal along with giving medication. I would recommend.

Excellent Service
My mum has been happy with all the carers that have visited her. However , she asked me to mention one in particular, Sara Sheraz . Sara is a regular carer and is always friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble!

The provide a great care for my neighbour who was leaving on his own and would like to thank the staff for going above and beyond. The staff sometimes stay overtime when they need it or waiting for ambulance to come . Highly recommended this company for great service they have provided.

Girls are nice enough. Late more than they were on time. 1 morning should have been at my mums at 7am didn't turn up until 9.20am. Phoned office and I kept being told they were on the way. Another time turned up at 8.15am. They were late every weekend. 1 day I was stuck in traffic we asked the carer not to leave my mum on her own. I was 5 minutes late and the carer had gone.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the delays and any inconvenience caused to you and your mum. Punctuality is very important to us, and we regret that we did not meet expectations in this regard.
In real-time care, issues can arise unexpectedly. Just as you requested staff to stay over, which directly impacts the timing of the next care call, there are many real-world scenarios that can cause delays. On multiple occasions, our carers have been delayed due to emergencies, such as waiting with a client for an ambulance—sometimes for 3-4 hours—because our first responders cannot leave a vulnerable person unattended.
That being said, we are not justifying lateness, but rather providing context to some of the challenges we face. We acknowledge your concerns and are working on improving communication and consistency to minimize disruptions.

The staff sometimes stay overtime when they not getting paid to make sure my parents are happy they don’t usually get along with many people however they have gotten along with every care 365 have provided.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. Worst company every to deal with - short with you, never gives you a straight answer and ultimately rude if you don't do what they say or question their customer service. Brian is smart, but short fuse. Mike is disorganized. STAY AWAY.

My mum is cared for by 365 Medicare. I used to take over her care before myself, but it got too much and despite me initially being hesitant to handover to someone else, I can do nothing but sing praises for this company. The staff are so friendly and my mum is at her happiest. Could not thankyou enough 365!
