I have had a few issues down to my poor assembly. When I have reached out to customer services for support and technical knowledge they have alway gone above and beyond. I definitely recommend this CNC setup with the back up of excellent customer service.

From the start of purchase nothing was to much trouble, every question I had was answered ( and there were many). Ryan was extremely helpful with the purchase and delivery, and his after sales service was even better with any build questions. Highly recommended.

These guys are not only salespeople, for a small team there customer service, availability, tech support is just mind blowing. I think the negative reviews may be people that haven’t reached out to the team at all. I know from my own experience and that of others that if you ask for assistance in any aspect of the build or beyond the guys at 3Dtek will go beyond your expectations to put it right or guide you to get the best from the equipment. For reference, I run a successful business with just one XYZ carve so the machine is running 5-8 hours a day 6 days a week 40 weeks a year.

Hello I am using xyz-cnc router since 1+ year. I have bought 10mm belt upgrade item which since has changed this machine for more power. I am very very happy with 3DTEK service. I highly recommend item and company.

I have had a couple of issues throughout the experience of purchase and build which have not been 3dtek related and Ryan has been exceptionally helpful from the UK branch. Always a phone call to discuss the issues and what mitigation has been put in place or discuss what I would like to happen.
The facebook group is excellent and full of friendly and helpful people willing to share their experiences.

Junk ok just cheap junk this Company in Australia never return calls of emails

I ordered a Masso G3 5 axis Mill. I need the board to be delivered at speed for a rush project.

Having spoken to their agent - this was no problem and the card arrived on time. I received the card but also expert advice on the periferals Masso offer. Will buy from here again for the next project.

Ordered a Makita router 3 weeks ago the only communication I received from them was a order confirmation email.
Tried contact via emails and there has been no response in three attempts to different mail boxes. The contact number in Australia is not connected.
I fear I can't get the router or money back.

UPDATE:

I have updated my rating following a speedy response from 3DTEK’s UK Support, They refunded me fully as soon as they saw my request for a refund.

After researching available machines, 3DTEK had the product I decided on, Plus the fact they were UK-based, I used the online chat to ask a few questions which were replied to very quickly and helped me decide on my purchase. I was kept up to date with delivery information and the product arrived in 2 separate deliveries. Once assembled and with the aid of support on the forums and Facebook group, I have my machine up and running, extremely pleased with it.

I used to own a 3018pro, soon got fed up with the limited size cutting envelope, so I bought a xyz from 3dtek. Ryan is absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble (I did phone him a couple of times) building it was a bit unnerving but following the excellent diagrams and literature it isn't that bad, also you do get to understand how the machine works much better.
All in all I can't fault 3dtek or they're equipment and there's always help from Ryan and the Facebook group.

Good luck if your order turns up. Ordered end mills clamps and some other parts over a month ago have tried to contact 3dtek with no reply courier company’s are a joke in Australia but don’t even think the items have been dispatched as got no email confirmation to say it’s been dispatched.

Extremely happy with this purchase. Bought the XYZ Carve with slight trepidation re. Assembly.
Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Build quality is superb. Usability is great and functions as well as (if not better) than expected.
Pro machine for hobbyist price. Fast shipping, great support from the team

Just a brilliant tool for an amazing price. I bought the xyz carve after having a Maslow for a year or so and I could not have been more pleased. It’s like having the professional cnc for amateur money. I bought the extra long y axis sides for the bigger jobs and it is great. Easy to use instructions if you just take your time and great follow up service from Ryan should you need it.

One of the cheaper options for this type of machine.

Great machine given the price, has exceeded what we expected for the machine, setup instructions are concise so assembly went smoothly, had a slight issue with the spindle as it was delivered, Ryan was great in supporting us however and resolved the problem quickly for us. I can't recommend the machine enough, especially given the price point.

I purchased the xyz carve July last year and Ryan was very helpful and replied to my questions the same day, making my selection and purchase checkout an easy process. Like most kits there are some parts you have to carefully align and make sure it is built right but with the cad drawing instructions it was easy for me to build this over a weekend with no fancy tools or experience in building a cnc machine before. I followed Ryan's advice to learn the machine and its function before buying endmills. The machine is very rigid and is a perfect option of a well built cnc machine, you will struggle to match this at the same entry price. Overall it has been a great purchase and I highly recommend!

After researching several cnc routers I opted for the xyz carve. More expensive than the small Chinese imports but less expensive than any similar sized machines. I spoke with Ryan who answered all my questions, and I had a few. His advice was sound and not based purely on extracting as many pounds as he could from me. He actively discouraged me from spending more money until I had learnt by using the machine. Then deciding on extras. Customer service was good, emails answered same day and phone calls returned when stated.
Delivery was only 2 days and came well packaged. No missing parts and all parts well protected and labelled.
Instructions were very good. I managed to assemble on my own in about 35 hours. Some parts are small and quite fiddly others were awkward to align. A second pair of hands would be useful. I have only completed 1 project up to now, but I am delighted with the quality of the xyz carve.
In conclusion Ryan's specialist knowledge and customer service is matched by an excellent product.
Now I just have to master the software.

From the time I started looking into purchasing a CNC Router Ryan and the team at 3DTEK were on hand to answer any questions that I had. We had correspondence via social media, text and even a couple of phone calls which resulted in me taking the plunge and opting for the 1000mm XYZ Carve with the Makita Router. I did however purchase the router separately as advised to do so by Ryan, this saved be a few quid. The delivery was prompt and the build process was relatively simple to follow, I loved the way that the instructions were in CAD so that you could really dig into the drawings and see everything from all angles. A basic set of tools were required which meant no popping out to the store for expensive tools that you would only use once.
The total hands on build time was around 11 hours and I'm sure that if I was to build another I could do it in 5.
The final set up instructions were so easy to follow and within minutes I had the XYZ carve whizzing up and down on the rails. I did however struggle to get the Easel software to recognise my machine, but again the guys at 3DTEK gave me a solution that worked immediately.
I'm now fully up and running and cant wait to start smashing out orders on this machine.
I can't compare it to any other CNC as this is the only one I have ever purchased but I can say that it's a very well made piece of kit that looks as though it will stand the test of time. The best bit is that it is half the price of the "Market Leader" and the reality is that it's the same machine.
