Excellent products and prompt service. The only negative is that postage and packing is very expensive for a smaller shipment.

I had a bit of an oddball requirement and was struggling to find a supplier who could customise a standard product. Then I came across Protective Textile. Chris was really helpful, and I placed an order. It arrived far quicker than I expected, and was better quality finish than I had expected - plus it was perfect for what I wanted. Really could not be better, I wish all purchases went this smoothly!

Fabulous service from start to finish. We needed bespoke gazebo sides for a wooden pergola and lean to. It was a slightly tricky design but the company worked with us to find the best solution and the finished product exceeded expectations!

Excellent service from first enquiry to delivery of bespoke marquee roof. Chris was super helpful advising on the various fabric options and providing a quick and very competitive quote. Manufacture was timed to meet our requirements and the new roof was ready as promised.

The quality is amazing and they turned them around in time for Christmas.

Very strange company, started off great but ended badly. When arranging canvas panels to be made the service was great. Everything was explained so it was clear what was needed and what structures were fixtures.

There were issues when the panels came and this is where it became ugly. The actual owner, became very erratic and quite aggressive. It was the most bizarre conversation, the women sounded unhinged making all sorts of crazy suggestions. No warranty and no guarantee was given. She eventually apologised for her appalling behaviour, but remained incredibly frosty and uninterested in the issues presented. Eventually I was told if this became faulty she’d deal with it.

Sadly in a short space of time the canvas developed a fault and as expected there was no interest in dealing with the matter and the company were vile. Hundreds of pounds spent and shoddy workmanship.

Truly heartbreaking waste of money!

I won’t be contacting this company again after the distress caused last time.
