Really great service, very fast, and they always kept me in the loop throughout the call

I spoke to Ben today in regards to my account as I had not successfully cancelled my contract causing payments to be missed. Ben was extremely patient and friendly and managed to sort my account in a one phone call resolution. Extremely impressed by the service and speaking to someone who genuinely wants to help

Martin was very friendly and made sure that everything is being done to resolve the router issue ASAP.

John from the technical team was brilliant, he answered all the questions I asked him no problems at all ,a credit to the technical team at 4 utility

Shawn called me today to renew my current contract. He dealt with this very efficiently, helping us by matching other prices from different providers. He gave us a good deal, he was polite & concise at all times.

During the time I was with 4th utility, over 2yrs, I found the service very good. The service dropped a couple of times. Megan from customer service today was very polite and professional.
I am very unhappy that they require 4wks notice to discontinue the service. I move to a new property and I had just a few days to leave, about a week. 4th utility do not provide a service in the new area. It seems very unfair for them to charge for a service that was not utilised for several weeks.

Suleman honestly gave me the best resolution I could have imagined. I’m really happy with the service and understanding. Everyone knows how difficult these calls can be and how stubborn some reps can be but honestly I didn’t even have to fight or insist, it was so stress free and the perfect solution.

Ben was so friendly and helpful. He guided me through everything so clearly and overall just came across as a really nice guy. 10/10
