My Daughters broadband was down, Tobi arranged for her to authorise my dealing with the account and then I spoke to him about the issue. He was able to diagnose the problem over the telephone and talked me through getting up and running again. Tobi was friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Maxine Lewis

4th utility service
During the time I was with 4th utility, over 2yrs, I found the service very good. The service dropped a couple of times. Megan from customer service today was very polite and professional.
I am very unhappy that they require 4wks notice to discontinue the service. I move to a new property and I had just a few days to leave, about a week. 4th utility do not provide a service in the new area. It seems very unfair for them to charge for a service that was not utilised for several weeks.
