Upfront and truthful
Upfront and truthful. It's nice to have a company reach out at the end of a contract to remind you and stop you going into the default plan! I know there are many that don't! Benjamin was very polite and quick to go through the options and as a result the company has my name on the books for another 2 years. Good job!

My Daughters broadband was down, Tobi arranged for her to authorise my dealing with the account and then I spoke to him about the issue.
