4th utility service
During the time I was with 4th utility, over 2yrs, I found the service very good. The service dropped a couple of times. Megan from customer service today was very polite and professional.
I am very unhappy that they require 4wks notice to discontinue the service. I move to a new property and I had just a few days to leave, about a week. 4th utility do not provide a service in the new area. It seems very unfair for them to charge for a service that was not utilised for several weeks.

Suleman honestly gave me the best resolution I could have imagined. I’m really happy with the service and understanding. Everyone knows how difficult these calls can be and how stubborn some reps can be but honestly I didn’t even have to fight or insist, it was so stress free and the perfect solution.

The information given to me this morning by the first 3 assistants was very confusing and contradictive thd 4th agent Benjamin made it very clear what was happening with my account and cleared up all the confusion

Worse company I have the unfortunate pleasure to deal with. Upgraded my wifi because it was so bad then I have had 2 payments coming out of my account as they did not close my original account. 25min phone call advising this has now been resolved only to find out it hasn’t and another payment has come out of my account.
Then I have received an email saying “you’re leaving us” only to call AGAIN for another 30min to find out they haven’t closed the other account or refunded me the 2 additional payments I have made. To top it all off the wifi isn’t great, advertising extremely fast wifi but it’s big standard and over priced. Avoid this provider when my contract ends I will be leaving anything is better than this.

Quick solution to router fault
My technical issue was solved quickly and efficiently. I called 4th Utility due to a fault with my router. I was helped by Ash, who was polite and courteous, and diagnosed a problem with the power supply. He then arranged for a replacement to be sent straight away.
