Quick solution to router fault
My technical issue was solved quickly and efficiently. I called 4th Utility due to a fault with my router. I was helped by Ash, who was polite and courteous, and diagnosed a problem with the power supply. He then arranged for a replacement to be sent straight away.

Lack of Internet service solved
Called in as I had an issue with my Internet not receiving service. Tobi was very helpful on the phone, and was really efficient in helping solve the issue.

Great customer service
Shawn called me as my renewal was due and helped me get a better deal than the one I was on. He also explained various policies and walked me through the process

Jamie was great and explained everything.
I had a call with Jamie who explained the cancellation process and then figured out that 4th utility is my new provider in my new property, he explained the new prices very well and worked out a way for me to even save money.

I have contacted them in the past but still this continues.
