I have contacted them in the past but still this continues.

5-star service from Olu.
I had a fantastic experience dealing with Olu from customer support. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and resolved my issue quickly and professionally. It is so rare to find a broadband provider with staff who treat you like a human being and genuinely care about sorting out your problems.
The service has been rock solid, but it's the outstanding customer care from people like Olu that makes this company stand out. Huge shoutout to him for his stellar work—he'll definitely be the reason I stay and recommend this service to others!

Spoke to Olu. Really kind guy. Unfortunately the contracts increased by 1 pound but the internet service and the customer service has always been stellar.
Much better than my previous provider!

Contract Renewal Call from Nayem
I received a call today from Nayem, who saved me a load of hassle and got me a great price locked in before my current contract ended.
Nayem was professional, easy to chat to, and made the experience very easy. A breath of fresh air from most contract renewal calls - he wasn't pushy (no hard sell on the next flashy product), had a nice chat, and made the process simple - something you rarely experience these days. It'd be great if more contracts were handled by people like Nayem! Cheers
