I invested money in this trading platform and things seemed fine at first. Over the following weeks, I was asked to put in more money but I couldn't withdraw my money. I lost a large amount and the trader stopped replying to my messages.
I've never been asked to add more money to withdraw my money on GCASCO. The service has been as promised, getting my money when expected has been a great part of my experience.

501FX — Lost my money. Their solution? Bait me into trading AGAIN!

I genuinely struggle to comprehend the audacity of this company.

After months of chasing my money, unanswered complaints, broken promises, unexplained account activity and enormous financial distress, 501FX finally came up with what they called a goodwill gesture.

A $90,000 trading bonus!

Not a refund. Not reimbursement. Not even a satisfactory explanation of what happened to my money.

An invitation to trade AGAIN!

When I questioned this absurd proposal, they conducted an apparently thorough "internal review" and returned with an even more spectacular offer.

A $100,000 trading bonus!

How extraordinary! Apparently, adding another $10,000 in conditional trading credit is their idea of resolving a serious complaint.

I was originally persuaded to invest on the strength of confident assurances about safety, returns and the protection supposedly offered by trading credit. When I attempted to withdraw my money, the reassurances evaporated and the explanations changed.

And now they want me to trust precisely the same arrangement a second time?

I have every reason to suspect that this is an attempt to lure me back into trading rather than genuinely resolve my complaint. I will not fall for it twice.

The absurdity doesn't end there.

While I was pursuing reimbursement, somebody from the company actually telephoned to ask whether I was HAPPY with their service and whether I had been SUCCESSFUL!

When I explained my circumstances, I was promised a follow-up call concerning reimbursement. It never materialised.

I subsequently received highly suspicious, unsolicited calls from supposed recovery agents claiming that my money was ready to be released. Astonishingly, they knew specific details about my dealings with 501FX. I have repeatedly asked the company how these individuals obtained that information. No satisfactory explanation has been forthcoming. I cannot establish whether the callers were connected to 501FX.

Then, while all this was happening, I lost access to my trading account. No satisfactory explanation for that either.

And what was their solution throughout?

MORE TRADING CREDIT!

When I took time to consider their first ridiculous offer, they even suggested closing my complaint because I had supposedly failed to respond quickly enough.

Months of delays on their part were apparently acceptable. A few days of caution on mine were not.

Perhaps the most astonishing part is that 501FX has repeatedly referred to recorded conversations supposedly supporting its version of events, yet has failed to produce those recordings despite my requests.

They have not satisfactorily explained the disputed transactions, the withdrawal difficulties, the suspicious recovery approaches or what happened to my money.

But they can apparently conjure up a six-figure trading bonus!

If nothing went wrong and as they say,I lost my money due to the market trends- why such an extraordinary offer? And if something did go wrong, why not address it and return my money?

My experience has gone from persuasive reassurances to financial devastation, followed by what I consider an utterly scandalous approach to complaint handling.

I am still seeking reimbursement.

To anyone considering investing with 501FX: please think very carefully. Impressive numbers on a screen, promises of safety and enormous trading bonuses mean absolutely nothing if you cannot get your money back.

501FX, I do not want another bonus, another account manager or another opportunity to trade.

I trusted you once. I have no intention of allowing myself to be drawn back in a second time.

WHERE IS MY MONEY?

My experience with these people has been poor. The initial add related to AI being used to automatically trade. Never happened and I would be called regularly to set new trades. I was suspicious from this point although I agreed to invest a little more to see if it worked. Once they knew I was not prepared to invest any more the phone calls stopped and I consequently tried to withdraw my money which was refused. I really do not know what to make of them. My advice is to stay away.

501 is a doom platform recks all her users. They never returned to me they deceived me for so long. It took the good minds of T2ON to rescue me

I invested money into this trading platform which worked well to begin with. Over a number of weeks demands were made for higher amounts of money and withdrawals were prevented. A huge amount of money has been lost and the trader stopped responding to my messages. DO NOT INVEST!!!!

I answered an ad from facebook (Martin Lewis) saying a deposit would make you some money. good to invest. All went well at first then the pressure to invest more and more got beyond a joke. I then had a series of "success managers" who kept pressure on for more investment. Finally after a while i said i wanted to withdraw the money and profits i had made. Total silence ensued and i cannot retrieve my right full money. I seriously urge anyone thinking of investing in this company to stop now as you will not get any rewards or profits. DO NOT INVEST.
