Recently bought a Mercedes SL400 from A690 and without a doubt, one of the best garages I've dealt with in all my motoring life. Exceptional customer focus, before and after purchase, and great attention to detail in the way the cars are prepared.

Unfortunately my car developed a minor fault on the drive home, which could happen to any car, however after contacting Dean, the team immediately jumped to action and organised a transporter to uplift the car and drop off a courtesy car.

The fault was repaired, along with a few other issues I had noted, and the car was returned within the week. Great example of how to turn a negative situation into a positive experience.

I travelled almost 200 miles to buy the car and would have no hesitation buying another car from A690 or recommending them to others.

I dealt with Paul and Antony and they were both very helpful, fast and efficient. I was kept up to date of the progress of my car in preparation for handover. I would recommend to anyone.

I purchased a car from Dean at A690 and I can't recommend them enough. Collected me from the train station and the service was first class. The car was exactly as described but their service was better than expected. Car was serviced and expected prior to collection.

The sales team are great whilst buying the car but after sales are shocking. Purchased a car 6 months ago and its been in out fault after fault. Had to have an oil change new brakes and discs even though these were supposed to have been done on the last service. Abs fault dash fault new windscreen and a bald tyre. Step was broken when I first bought it they sorted it same thing again but I now need full new step fitted. The car is a nightmare and they couldn't care as long as your paying money The warranty is worthless every fault they find is not covered. I would avoid at all costs the managers refuse to speak to you. Had to escalate 3rd party.

Recently bought my range rover sport from A690 and I genuinely couldn't be happier with the overall process. Dean was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and so helpful. The car was very well priced and in superb condition. The whole process from start to finish was great and I was kept updated throughout from Dean. You can tell they value their customers and there was no pushy sales pitches. I will 100% be using this company for any future business and I can't recommend them highly enough. A690 are a great firm to deal with. We have two Landrovers and they are specialist in their knowledge of these vehicles. They are competitively priced on their work. They are a very professional firm with individuals who respect the client and appear to love their roles. Jordan is first point of contract and he is a fantastic chap to deal with. Goes out of his way to ensure your experience is nothing less than 5star. Also had dealings with Paul and Chloe. Again first class souls. Works that have been carried out are clearly explained. The cars each time are returned having been cleaned and are spotless. Highly recommended business.

I recently bought Mercedes amg from dead who helped me from start he helped my sort my old finance on my old car and went out of his way help me there was a small problem with bonnet catch and it needed to go back to work shop for the day and dean actually lent me his personal car for the day so I wasn’t without a car nothing is to much trouble for him I love my new car and glad I bought it from here they go above and beyond to make you happy

Bought a Nissan X-Trail from Antony at A691 specialist cars. From first view to picking up nothing was a problem. Everything he said would be done to the car was and more. Had to wait a bit for the log book to arrive but Antony kept me up to speed with what was happening.
