Kaya took time to understand the issues we had faced and ensured that she prioritised our urgent requirements. Very thankful for the assistance and prompt resolution.

17 days and no service
Our toilet was last serviced 27/03/2026 it is now 13/04/2026 that's 17 days! HSE guidelines state that it should be serviced every 7 days. I have called numerous times to get it serviced and have been continuously fobbed off. This is not the only time they have missed a service it happens to be quite a regular thing for us.
