Beautiful swimsuit, very flattering. Arrived in 1-2 days. Friendly, human and helpful customer service. Eco ethos comes through.

I'm very happy with my purchase and i love that it met my expectations from what I saw on the website! The size was perfect so the size guide is pretty helpful in helping you find your size. The customer service is excellent as well. The overall experience made me comfortable to make my second purchase:)

This swimsuit was $95 and looked great online. It is unbelievably cheap and ill-fitting in real life. I wondered why there were no reviews on the sire but now I know.

Awful customer service. I have emailed the returns department 3 times & I just get the standard response of we will be in touch in 48 hrs to assist with your return. It’s been a week and no response. Their return policy states returns must be received within 14 days. How convenient that they don’t respond. I will never order from this company again & I’m telling anyone who listens to stay away from this company. Buyer BEWARE!

First time I felt cared for by customer service!

I was firstly attracted by Aava for its beautiful designs and its production ethics! But, besides this, I can confirm that the customer service is one of the best I ever found. My package sadly got lost for a delivery mistake of the Italian postal service and the Customer Specialist was there for me from the beginning. He helped me out understanding what happened with the postal service and then organized a new delivery for me, for free. I will definitely choose their products again!

Order made on 1 July with 4-8 day shipping advertised. No item received no dispatch notification. Have emailed the company twice and no reply. Am starting to get worried I’ll never get my money back as it’s been so long I’ve had to source swimsuit elsewhere.

Lisa was incredibly helpful when I was struggling to find the right size for my swimsuit. She asked me for details about my measurements so she could give me the right advice. Also, the swimsuit is beautiful and the packaging eco conscious. Thank you!

Falsches Produkt wurde von Aava geschickt. Um das Rücksendeetikett zu erhalten und die Rückerstattung meines Geldes zu veranlassen, musste ich ca. 30 Emails schreiben. Absolut unterirdischer Costumer-Support. Nie mehr wieder!

I had a problem at the shipping but the Customer Team was really helpful. So, when my package was stuck at the Post Office for over a month, they replaced my swimsuit without charges of course and they sent me a new one. I received it and the fit is amazing!Really nice quality and excellent design!

I bought my aava swimsuit a year ago. The design is beautiful, but the quality of the swimsuit is very bad, not at all what I expected of an expensive swimsuit. After 2 uses, the swimsuit started to deteriorate from the seams. Well as it was so expensive, I sew the deteriorated seams by hand to make it usable again. And now it has started to deteriorate from other seams. Do not spend your money on this product, it is not worth it.

I LOVE BOTH OF MY AAVA SWIM bathing suits and have received so many compliments each time I wear them! I was skeptical when ordering them. They arrived on time before vacation. The sizing was accurate and fit well. The material was good. They held up when swimming in pool and ocean. I highly recommend!

Terrible experience. I wanted to make sure it was not from China and could not find anything in their website. The product arrived and it was not in proper condition plus I waited months to get it and had to pay a tax. Do not order from
this crap company.

2 Versuche, beide gescheitert. Kontakt zum Kundenservice dauert ewig, ein Mitarbeiter weiß nicht was der andere tut. Unorganisiert und chaotisch! Es reicht eben lange nicht ein hübsches Produkt zu haben, auch der Service muss tiptop sein. Das ist hier leider absolut nicht der Fall. Ich kann nicht empfehlen hier zu bestellen, zumal der Preis auch nicht gerade günstig ist.

Pas trop d'accord avec les avis lus ici, j'ai reçu mon maillot rapidement (en 5/6 jours) et je ne suis pas déçue ! Cela est peut etre du au fait que je suis en France donc pas loin du pays d'expédition (Allemagne).
Le maillot est super, il taille bien (j'ai pris le Imogen en taille S et j'avais peur qu'il soit serré mais il est top).
J'avais contacté le service client via Instagram, ils ont été réactifs et très gentils.

Can I give it a zero? I bought the black one with the transparent stripes and you can't even get it on because there is no stretch at all in the straps and waistband. A friend has the same bad experience. The company won't give me a refund - I don't want an exchange bc the quality is so poor. Constant IG targetting and it's an expensive suit and totally unwearable. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

We ordered swimsuits and they didn’t fit. Instead of free and easy returns, Aava makes you pay for your return. Haven’t done that in years. Last time we’ll ever be shopping with them.

Awful return policy. First of all iof you are ordering in Canada it takes forever to arrive! I received my order and tried to return within 3 days of receiving it, they gave me an return order number and when you click on it says not eligible for a return as order was over 30 days ago - not the case I had it for 3 days!! Trying to contact customer service is like pulling teeth goes straight to voicemail and its been 6 days and no response by email either!

Please avoid Aava swims. Quickly, it cost me 16€ to have nothing :
I tried to order a swimsuit. I was really disappointed by the quality and it was too big for me.
I had to pay 12€ to send it back (they don't take in charge the shipment), they tried to avoid to refund me by saying I sent it out of time (even if I did it within the 14 days), and finally they only did a refund of 95€ where I paid 99€.
Really really really disappointed

I love my Aava swimsuit! The design is very chic and fits perfectly. After many uses it still looks like new. I also love the fact their fabric is eco -responsible. Can’t wIt for new designs!
