A and B Crystal Collection was founded by brothers and childhood friends in 2014. When one of our founders first glimpsed three dimensional engraved crystal on his honeymoon, we were all mesmerized and immediately recognized its potential as a small business. Within months we had joined forces with other local small businesses, moved into a warehouse, and began studying the photo conversion and engraving process. Since those first days in 2014, we have grown our business, honed our craft, and fulfilled over 20,000 orders to individuals and businesses alike. We have had the blessing of playing a role in the countless celebrations, holidays, and cherished memories of our valued customers.

The items arrived as ordered and look great! I would have made the writing a bit bigger to be easier to read, but I am not sure if what I wanted would have fit. Nice quality. Items arrived within days of ordering.

Constant shipping date change :(
Hoping I’ll be able to change this review but right now not too thrilled. Placed an order and originally would give them 5 stars as their customer support was super amazing (I wanted a particular font which you can’t choose a font option so messages and they were able to do that for me! Very happy). However never got notification that my item shipped (no big deal really, it’s Xmas time I’m sure they’re busy). So I checked and was shipped via fed ex and said my parcel was due to arrive Friday ( it’s Tuesday now). Then delivery date changed to Saturday, then Saturday changed to Sunday, then Sunday changed to Monday between 10:20 am- 2:20om- this gave me hope as I figured well over the weekend maybe there’s no driver in my town ( my parcel has been in my town since Friday from what I see on fed ex). So yesterday nothing. I checked and even still this morning says wil update with new delivery date when possible. Like it’s BS, it’s in my town! Just give it to me. It’s not like this is a us parcel that custom/duty fees may be the hold up, it’s a Canadian company! I did email and have yet to get a reply. I’m just hoping it comes in by Friday! I figured I placed it early enough as said takes 48 hours to make the 2-5 days delivery. I’m assuming this is actually a fed ex error (maybe the company needs to look into using a different shipping company- purolator) as from reading other comments I’m not the only one that’s experienced this exact issue:(

I was very impressed and happy with the quality of the work but the customer service was lacking. Called because my shipment was past due and spoke to a customer service. I was told since it was late in the day they couldn't do anything about it that day (which I understood) but they would get in touch with me the following morning. Still haven't heard from anyone. I finally received my shipment but still no follow up from the company.

I was very impressed with the great quality of the large heart shaped crystal. It was all, and more, than I expected.
I loved that the image was so sharp, and clear, and exactly what was ordered.
I also loved the fact that I ordered on a Friday from Ontario, and it arrived by the following Monday.

The products we received were…
The products we received were beautiful. I was, however, disappointed that backgrounds were not on the crystal. For two of our orders, the backgrounds would have made the gifts better. I do understand that the technology wasn’t there to do this at the moment.
