Ordered 2 t-shirts. When they came in one was the wrong print. I wrote to them with picture proof from their own website and what I received. They refused to believe that there was a print error even with photo and website link proof. They eventually offered me a refund of 2$ USD worth in my currency (CAD). I refused and they wrote back saying that they had checked with their printing representative to which they denied the print error. I reiterated with more photo proof. They wrote back offering 9$ refund. I was actually surprised that they wrote back. I just took the 9$ refund.

Ordered some clothes more than 3 weeks ago, which hasn't even been processed/shipped yet, even though the money has been withdrawn right away.
Reached out to their support email, and got an automated response promising that they would get back to me within 5 days - which is currently 9 days ago.

Never realized their product was shipping from Spain. Went through customs, then sits in US, then goes to US shipper. Going on a month and finally received 2 of the four items. Sent all kinds of emails, still waiting for response. If you need to feel ripped off, then I recommend them. Product is poor quality as well.

They steal your money. Claim it is delivered by the PO who denies it is their delivery. You track it through 17Track which is no help. AVOID this company!! It is a scam!

Im honestly surprised, i wasn't expecting much when i ordered a tshirt from this website, half of me thought it could be a scam but not at all. Order arrived fast and exactly as described if not even better quality than i expected.

Would rate a zero if possible. My order for a sweatshirt went from bad to worse. Item received was not the sweatshirt I ordered. It was a very thin t-shirt and very cheaply made. My confirmation email did not match what I was charged. It took a month to receive and customer support was no help. Stay away!!

First of all, I did not buy this shirt for almost $40 to give it away to someone else. The shirt looks cheap and is made of bad material, nothing like the photo. They make customers jump through hoops to try to return something they are not satisfied with and then send a smug email about inconvenience and transferring to another individual. I had to send a photo of the item and then a photo of the sku. Still refused to accept a return. They can shove the $2 compensation. I don't know how the people who own this cruddy company sleep at night knowing that they are ripping people off. Please do not buy. I wish I had read the reviews first.

So I woke up this morning to eight charges for $118.23. Thank God, the bank locked my account as fraudulent. Otherwise, I would have been screwed.

I was excited and bought a bunch of amazing stuff that totaled very close to 118.23, yeah, it was denied by the company stating “illegitimate fund. This was last night.

This morning I woke up to a ton of fraud notices. When I checked in my account eight times they tried to withdraw 118.23 out of my account.

The stuff is lovely. I must admit, but it must be all AI generated, and these people are scammers stay away.

I was lucky enough to wake up in the middle night and check my accounts and put a stop to them taking out the money. Eight times they tried eight and I hadn’t even bought a thing yet.

This has nothing to do with Charlie Kirk. It’s a scam greedy company trying to scam you out of your money.

Stay the hell away if you value your money because these people are not legit at all. Scammers profiting and a man’s death.

And to THIS company… Not that you care, but screw you for taking a man’s death and trying to make a profit off of it. You’re disgusting and vile, and there’s a special place in hell for you.

I've just received my Outlander t-shirt and deleted my negative review. I absolutely love it. I went by the fact they'd overcharged me and by other reviews but to be honest I have nothing negative to say about the t-shirt itself, there's nothing wrong with it and I'm very happy with my purchase. I was updated via email about the tracking. Apart from the tracking being a day out there is nothing to complain about and it just goes to show you shouldn't ever go by other people's reviews. Just order and see for yourself.

This company is a Scam
Immediately after I ordered from this company, my bank sent me a notice that the charge was from another country AND it was more than on my invoice.
The company tried to jerk me around with "they are looking into it" and could take several days, that way they get the money and you cant do anything. I Immediately told my bank to stop payment.
I've seen other reviews that the company never ships so its doubtful the merchandise even exists

If I could I’d rate it -1. It’s been over a month since I ordered it. It still hasn’t arrived. I’ve contacted them multiple times, first, an hour after I ordered it and realized it was coming from Hong Kong, I tried to cancel the order and they said it was already shipped. Not TRUE. I ve continued to ask for a discount or credit for return when I get it and they said no.
They also blamed President Trump for the delay!

Never received my order. CS kept saying the order was delivered, BUT never was. The tracking number is not in any carriers system. They would never tell me who the carrier was. Ak the to provide the GPS tracking they said was delivered, but they never did. Finally they sent a USPS tracking number. I went to the PO and they really looked into this. PO said the tracking number they sent me was to a different address and not my name on shipping label or it was not from them to the sender. They said I had been SCAMMED. I contacted US Customs, the Attorney General's Office and BBB. I also am having Paypal look into this. They just had on FB they were closing and buy at great prices while they last. BUYER BEWARE!!! This place is a fraud and the only positive reviews are from them.

Ordered the 3 thistle Outlander hoodie, what is got was a hoodie, which was the wrong colour, crappy cheap polyester, and a runny looking thistle print on the thin, polyester hoodie. I ordered my size 2 up from what I would normally wear, and still too small. The return process is a joke!!!! Stay away, they are not what they seem, and products are not what they look like in the advertising!!! RUNNNNNN

I ordered a blouse, paid €24 + taxes etc. The goods arrived ruined, all stained, there is not even a label that says what material it is made of. I immediately contacted the customer service. 1 they said it was what I had ordered. 2 sending back the photos where you could clearly see that it was stained, they offered me a $5 refund. on the third email they offered me $7, if I want to send the goods back I have to do it at my own expense in China... nice customer service. the material is also really poor. nice photos.. that's all

Terrible customer service.
I ordered from this company (paying extra dollars with the U.S. exchange rate), so my shirt was expensive.
The shirt was to have a CDN country flag on the sleeve and they ironed the flag completely off center. It was also crooked and the edges showed glue.
This company insists the warehouse sent me the right item dismissing any of my concerns about the lack of precision.
When worn, the flag doesn’t show properly and gets folded in toward my armpit.
Would you not expect a flag logo to be centered on your sleeve?
This company does not respect any concerns for errors made.
But I guess they got my money and that is all that matters. And I don’t want a $5 credit for a $50 (exchange rate) shirt.
I will not be ordering from this company again.

Such a nice website but SUCH CHEAP QUALITY Clothes!!! Do NOT get seduced by the website which visually and impressively implies that the quality of what they sell is first-class, well made and the real deal. NOT! And that it will be sent from overseas! NOT! You do automatically tend to trust that claim, because the web master is good ... BUT IT'S NOT TRUE! The clothes are all cheap thin polyester junk (from China) and I was sooooo disappointed after waiting so long. They make you wait like it IS coming from overseas because they send you fake updates that imply that! Thank God for Paypal because after I sent Paypal pictures of what I received, they automatically gave me my money back..(and the Paypal guy even mentioned that there are a LOT disputes with this Abestcloths Company too!) But ohhhh beware, Abestcloths will fight you and deny a refund (well, they will maybe offer you a 2 dollar refund-f-that! Then they tell you that if you send it back overseas that it will be too expensive for you so they will give you the generous refund. Ha! *I think they may be doing this out of Canada. BUT stay focused if you over ride the one-star reviews and still buy. You'll get something that WILL BE fake thin cheap crap. Cuz it will be! All their stuff is! Put in a dispute with your credit card company or Paypal or however you pay. Stick with it. This company should be turned in as Fraudulent as NOTHING they sell is high quality. My Outlander sweatshirt was so polyester thin and rolled up that you could almost fit it in a 6x9 envelope with room left over! Really, just look for another place (please) to buy your Outlander desires (they take advantage of our love for the Outlander series) because what this fake eluding company sells is downright expensive, and pitiful China cheap caca~!! They really should be turned in for False Representation claiming these clothes are authentic, because they are not even close. Whomever made the website for them is part of their trickery. And that is the worst to create such a perversion of illustrations on the web site. so dishonest!!! All the cheaply made items they sell are from China and if you want to buy Outlander things that are NOT expensive CLICK OUT of Abestcloths and CLICK ON to "TEMU." You'll get the same quality there and so so sooo much cheaper!!! Good Luck!!!

Package never arrived... Other than a pretty much "too bad" that's all I got from this. It said delivered to door/porch, but no picture taken to know if it truly was delivered to the correct address. SHEISTY, I recommend not buying from them.
