Horrible company tracking info doesn't work once it says in US, they say they reshipped my order and send same tracking number. Please do not order from them

Warning this website is a scam. Do not order from them!

I ordered 7 weeks ago and paid extra to expedite shipping and get the items quickly. Still no sign of them.

They use fake shipping updates spaces out really far apart in the hope that you will forget about items.
They won’t tell you who the shipping partner is because they don’t exist so you can’t do any real tracking.

waited over a month for a hat that never arrived. company kept telling ne to check with friends and neighbors to see if they obtained it. nothing but a total scam.

Bought a post Olympic shirt 1 month ago. Pre designed no customizing!! Since I’ve purchased multiple Customizing item from OVERSEAS! These items have ALL been customized and delivered some weeks ago!! Going on a Month with no ideal when of if I’ll get what I ordered!! This company is a pathetic scam!!! Stay away from it!!

I purchased a hoodie from HR and the quality is horrible... It was pretty expensive for the product, my hoodie is supposed to have strings in the hood (there's holes for it) and it didn't even come with strings. I would avoid this site completely

I'm giving this review 1 Star when it actually doesn't deserve any! I purchased a "Stranger Things" themed cap and tee-shirt in early January 2026 from this company for a February Birthday gift. The celebrants Birthday was missed, and as of February 25 2026, after contacting Truestarry via email, I have yet to receive my items. There was tracking initially, then nothing after it says it arrived in the United States. I am attempting to get a refund for my items, but I want to warn anyone thinking of purchasing an item from this company NOT TO DO IT!! You will be sorry you did, no matter how great their products look on a website.

The company supplied tracking info for every step until it was marked: “The shipment is in transit in the country of United Kingdom”.
And then silence.
Nothing for 10 days.
And no reponse from the “support” email address.
AVOID at all costs.

Received item after several weeks. Poor quality, unusable due to incorrect sizing, and the company initially offered me $3 and keeping the item (which, according to them I could just "resale"). Scam company. Do not use. If were possible to give zero stars I would.

As per previous reviews items not as described, they make it almost impossible to obtain a refund and their replies are lies and breach Australian Consumer laws and in addition they charge your card more then the price at the payment window on their site. Do not buy from this site unless you want to part with your money and not receive the items as per advertised

I would give zero stars. I ordered a sweatshirt from Truestarry and although their tracking shows it was delivered 1/22/26, I never got it. They have given me the run around about refunding my money, trying to tell me it’s the post office’s fault. Except they use courier tracking. I think this is a scam company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM
THEM! I’ll be reporting to BBB as well

First they charged me $21.15 above what the order went for taxes that they added on after the fact and did not disclose. There is no sales tax in the state of NJ and I am fighting this with PayPal and American Express for fraud and not disclosing what the final costs should be. SEcond the package took almost 20 days to arrive and came from Austria supposedly. Yet the postmark and return address were in Chicago IL. Finally the sweatshirts and shirts are poor quality and not worth the price at all. It really is just a step above garbage. Stay away from this company as they haven't any answered any of the three emails I've sent to them about this matter.

Paid extra for express shipping, 2 sweatshirts and never received the items. Filing dispute through my credit card and sounds like I need to cancel the card all together based on the reviews I’m seeing g.

This is absolute garbage. The sizing is laughable! A small fits like a large, and the fabric feels like an old elementary school gym jersey that’s been worn and washed into oblivion. It took 20 days to arrive, which only made the disappointment worse. Save your money. You’d get a better shirt from a thrift store and better results printing it yourself.

Very poor quality of ordered product for your money. Difficult to get refund/return .. poor customer service!

I ordered a hockey sweatshirt that didn’t even have the right words on the arm crest . The quality was terrible and they offered a refund of 3 dollars wouldn’t refund garbage quality

Truestarry is a Scam company, they charged me an extra $11 on my purchase, they sent me the wrong sized shirts, and they will not accept returns (despite their website saying they accept returns). They would not even give me their actual company name or address. STEER CLEAR!
