मैंने दरभंगा से दिल्ली जाने के लिए पाँच टिकट बुक किए थे। चार पुरुष यात्रियों के लिए चेयर सीट और एक महिला यात्री, जिन्हें गंभीर कमर दर्द है, उनके लिए अतिरिक्त पैसे देकर स्लीपर सीट चुनी थी। लेकिन टिकट जारी होने के बाद देखा कि स्लीपर सीट किसी पुरुष यात्री को दे दी गई और महिला यात्री को चेयर सीट आवंटित कर दी गई।
मैंने 3 जुलाई 2026 को टिकट बुक होते ही अभीबस के 24×7 कस्टमर सपोर्ट नंबर **040-61656789** पर कॉल किया। उन्होंने मेरे अकाउंट में लॉगिन करने के लिए OTP माँगा, मैंने दिया। इसके बाद उन्होंने कहा कि शिकायत दर्ज कर ली गई है और इसे जल्द से जल्द हल कर दिया जाएगा।
4 जुलाई तक कोई समाधान नहीं मिला। हर बार यही जवाब मिला कि "हम इस पर काम कर रहे हैं, 24 घंटे में समस्या का समाधान हो जाएगा।" जब मैंने कहा कि 24 घंटे बाद तो बस ही निकल जाएगी, तब मेरी कॉल काट दी गई। मैंने कई बार दोबारा कॉल किया, लेकिन जैसे ही AI के बाद मानव प्रतिनिधि से बात होने लगती, कॉल डिस्कनेक्ट कर दी जाती।
5 जुलाई, यानी यात्रा वाले दिन, मैंने सीधे बस ऑपरेटर (Tourist Point) से संपर्क किया। उन्होंने साफ कहा कि उन्हें इस संबंध में अभीबस की ओर से कोई शिकायत प्राप्त ही नहीं हुई है और मुझे टिकट पर आवंटित सीट पर ही यात्रा करनी होगी।
इसके बाद मैंने फिर अभीबस कस्टमर सपोर्ट पर कॉल किया। इस बार जवाब मिला कि "48 घंटे के भीतर समस्या का समाधान हो जाएगा।" मैंने पूछा कि जब बस चल चुकी है, तब 48 घंटे बाद समाधान का क्या मतलब? जिस महिला के लिए मैंने अतिरिक्त पैसे देकर स्लीपर सीट बुक की थी, वह कमर दर्द से पीड़ित हैं और उन्हें चेयर सीट पर यात्रा करनी पड़ रही है। प्रतिनिधि ने कहा कि "एक मिनट होल्ड कीजिए, मैं समाधान देख रहा हूँ," और फिर कॉल काट दी। इसके बाद मैंने कई बार दोबारा कॉल किया, लेकिन हर बार मानव प्रतिनिधि से जुड़ते ही कॉल अपने-आप डिस्कनेक्ट हो जाती थी।
यह अभीबस और टूरिस्ट पॉइंट के साथ मेरा अब तक का सबसे खराब ग्राहक सेवा अनुभव रहा। ग्राहक से अतिरिक्त पैसे तो पूरे लिए जाते हैं, लेकिन जब सेवा देने या समस्या का समाधान करने की बारी आती है, तो केवल झूठे आश्वासन, टालमटोल और कॉल डिस्कनेक्ट करने का रवैया देखने को मिलता है।
एक आम आदमी की परेशानी की इस व्यवस्था में शायद कोई कीमत ही नहीं है।
अगर बिहार की बात करें, तो स्थिति और भी निराशाजनक है। ट्रेन का कन्फर्म टिकट चाहिए तो महीनों पहले बुकिंग करनी पड़ती है। अगर किसी कारणवश तत्काल टिकट लेना पड़े, तो आम यात्रियों के लिए IRCTC का सर्वर अक्सर क्रैश हो जाता है, जबकि कुछ ही मिनटों में सारी टिकटें खत्म हो जाती हैं। अंततः आम आदमी महँगी बसों या अन्य विकल्पों पर निर्भर होने के लिए मजबूर हो जाता है।
दुर्भाग्य की बात यह है कि अब कई निजी ट्रैवल एजेंटों और बस ऑपरेटरों की कार्यप्रणाली भी यात्रियों के लिए परेशानी का कारण बनती जा रही है। कई मामलों में मनमाने किराए वसूले जाते हैं, लेकिन सेवा उसकी तुलना में बिल्कुल भी संतोषजनक नहीं होती। सीट बुकिंग के समय जो सीट दिखाई जाती है, यात्रा के समय वही सीट मिलेगी इसकी भी कोई गारंटी नहीं रहती। सीटों की अदला-बदली, गलत आवंटन और यात्रियों की शिकायतों की अनदेखी जैसी समस्याएँ लगातार देखने को मिलती हैं। जब ग्राहक अपने अधिकार की बात करता है, तो उसे समाधान देने के बजाय घंटों इंतज़ार कराया जाता है या उसकी शिकायत को टाल दिया जाता है। आखिर कब तक आम यात्री अपनी मेहनत की कमाई खर्च करके भी ऐसी लापरवाही और मनमानी का शिकार होता रहेगा?

On June 27, I booked three tickets with Tour Star Bus and Cargo at a premium price for a bus scheduled to depart at 11:35 PM (Registration No. UP15JT7505, a 5-year-old vehicle). However, one hour before departure, the operator changed the bus—and consequently, the seats I had paid for. The replacement bus was scheduled to depart at 11:25 PM, had a lower fare than the original one, and was 9 years old. Its seats were also faulty, causing inconvenience to other passengers as well.
I contacted the 'AbhiBus' team to explain the situation, pointing out that if I had wanted to book the 11:25 PM bus, I would have done so directly via the app instead of paying the higher fare. They connected me with the bus operator, who claimed the original bus had broken down. Yet, when I checked online, I saw they were still accepting bookings for that same bus at a higher price. At the last minute, the operator told AbhiBus to cancel my booking, suggesting that if I had an issue, I could simply book another bus. They neither refunded the fare difference nor rectified the seat issue.
Amidst all this, Abhi Bus showed no concern and simply marked my query as resolved and closed it.

I had a very disappointing experience on the Jalandhar to Manali bus service. The seats were extremely uncomfortable, making the journey tiring. The footrests were broken and not functioning at all, which made it even more difficult to sit comfortably for such a long trip.
The biggest issue was the AC. It was barely working, and despite requesting the staff multiple times, the response was simply, “Itna hi AC chalega.” There was no effort to resolve the problem or assist passengers.
For a long-distance journey, basic comfort and proper customer service are expected. Unfortunately, this service failed on both counts. I hope the company improves the condition of its buses and trains its staff to respond more professionally to customer concerns.

The worrest app, it's a big scam to assure our journey need to pay extra if not they will cancel the ticket. Without any alternative service. Simply says operator has been cancelled. Then why this portal? For refund they mentioned time says it's processed, but before the time only they mentioned it's done

Absolutely rubbish experience
Absolutely rubbish experience. I was almost about to miss my bus due to extremely poor coordination and misleading information.
I booked a ticket for a 6:00 AM departure on 4th June, but the directions provided were completely wrong. The location mentioned was Gandhi Road, Lakkhi Bagh. I spent extra money on a Rapido just to reach there, only to find out that the information was incorrect.
I waited till 5:39 AM and did not receive any call or message from the driver or bus crew. There was no clear landmark or exact pickup point mentioned anywhere. When I contacted customer support, they were completely confused and kept changing the location — first Ghantaghar, then Mussoorie Bus Stand, and then ISBT. Even they did not have any confirmed information about the actual departure point.
Eventually, a local person informed me that buses were actually departing from ISBT. I had to again spend money on Rapido to reach there urgently. Luckily, I managed to find the bus just as it was about to leave.
Shockingly, even after boarding, I did not receive any proper communication. Only at around 6:30 AM, while I was already on the journey, I received the bus number and location details.
This is extremely pathetic service. Due to your careless and irresponsible management, I was on the verge of missing my bus entirely. There is absolutely no coordination between your system, support team, and drivers.
I will not recommend this service to anyone and will not use it again in the future. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable.

This is app is very worst and don't get proper responce from support team. Due to this i lost 900 rupees. I have Boole two tickets for ksrtc bus from Hosapete to Hyderabad today but some accident it took same name for both tickets , but i am traveling along with my mother ksrtc crew is not allowed to bording with same name, When i reached out to ksrtc support they did not allowed, and when i check with Abhi bus support they are useless insted providing solution the are asking to read terms conditions while booking ticket this app allows booking tickets with same name this app is useless and i dont recommend to use others

It was not informed in the beginning that there will be a break journey from the pick of destination and then change of bus at Madiwala.
Then the bus broke down in the middle of the journey for 2 hours.
Now the journey is delayed by 6 hours and the passengers who are senior citizens have still not reached the destination.
The customer service is also worse. As the complaint raised cannot be viewed in any portal. Neither the customer service agent- Nida, was any supportive and yelled at me when I asked about the update.
The bus operators are lying that they have reached the destination but the passengers are still on the journey.

The worst service provider & scammers
One of the worst service providers and complete scammers.
I initially booked a bus from Amritsar to Katra through Abhi Bus. During booking, they showed a neat and clean bus from New Shivam Travels (Bus No. 1747), and the scheduled departure time was 2:20 PM.
However, around 2:00 PM, I received a call from one of their staff members. A person came to the pickup point and took me to another travel office, which turned out to be Bhawani Travels. They informed me that I would now be travelling with them instead.
The bus finally arrived around 3:00 PM, already delayed, and then they told me that my sleeper seat would be shared with another passenger. The condition of the bus was extremely poor — dirty cushions, unhygienic environment, and rude staff members constantly chewing gutkha.
I also saw several other passengers arguing with the bus staff regarding the same issues, and the response from the staff was basically: “Utar jao niche fir” (“Get down if you don’t want to travel”).
This is clearly a scam where they show one bus during booking and provide a completely different, low-quality service at the last moment.
Do not book with Abhi Bus, New Shivam Travels, or Bhawani Travels on the Amritsar–Katra route.

Extremely Poor Service – No Refund Even After Serious Issues
I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with PAL SLNT Travels booked through AbhiBus on 03-May-2026 (PNR: PALQ52LA47219).
There was absolutely no proper communication before departure. The contact number provided was continuously busy, and I received no clarity about the bus status. After reaching the boarding point at 4:30 PM, I was informed at 5:30 PM that the bus would be delayed by 2 hours due to maintenance. However, even after waiting beyond 7:00 PM, there was no update at all.
When I finally managed to reach the operator, I was shocked to receive completely contradictory and false information — including claims that the bus had broken down, the driver was hospitalized, the driver had passed away, and even that the driver was mentally unstable and searching for keys. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable.
Between 7 PM and 8 PM, all contact numbers were switched off, and even bus tracking was disabled. Neither the operator nor AbhiBus provided any proactive support.
Due to this complete uncertainty, I was forced to arrange alternative travel at my own expense, including a taxi to Vyttila and booking another bus via RedBus. Only after I had boarded the alternative bus did I receive a call saying the original bus had arrived — which was completely useless at that point.
This incident caused me to miss my office reporting time, leading to professional inconvenience.
What is even more disappointing is that my refund is still not processed despite raising the complaint and providing all necessary proof.

No help for the below issue, explained it 3 customer associates as each of them were hanging the call…Pathetic experience on 3rd May 2026(Goa to Hyderabad): state bus put dent and scratch at 7 pm, till 11 pm they couldn’t not get FIR/insurance shorted and entire people were kept waiting.
Instead of doing it smart and faster, they simply didn’t bother about time being wasted of all passenger and when asked the attitude of “ho jaayega dheere dheere”.
Also they stopped for dinner at overcrowded place and unhygienic place… bakwaas and shitty company!!!
