Scammers, bought wabi sabi lights, recieved confirmation email but no tracking updates. Sent numerous emails but no reply for 2 months. Contacted my bank with evidence and my money was returned via my bank.

Never buy/order from this company 9 months and several emails later! Did reply to 1-2 about looking into the issue

Still waiting for a refund for items I did not receive, stay clear people

Absolutely horrible service, ordered 3 lights in November, 2 arrived and 3rd one still hasn’t. I’ve been ignored and no reply to emails. That’s the only way to contact them.

AVOID! Do not purchase from this company! Poor communication and terrible customer service. I purchased lights which arrived faulty and they’ve been ignoring all email correspondence from me. I am still waiting for my refund.

I bought a lamp a month ago and it hasn't arrived yet, I have been chasing them about my order, and their only reply was that they were experiencing technical issues. I got back to them after some days asking for a refund and they never replied to me. They are scammers, do not buy from them.

I ordered the product but received no updates on delivery. I was repeatedly ignored when I emailed them. You cannot contact them by telephone as there is no number. I eventually received an email which basically said the goods were still in. China but no del date. Eventually weeks late they arrived, completely smashed which is not surprising gn the poor packaging. After 3 emails being ignored I eventually got an email asking for photos of the damage. I sent them and still nothing. Then I got a reply saying that the photos had not come thru (a lie) and if I sent them again they would issue a refund. I sent them again but no refund and completely ignoring my emails

Total scammers. Ordered product end November still not arrived! Chased numerous times, mostly ignored then will get a reply apologising saying thru will sort but nothing happens and they go silent again. No phone number to call and no live chat even though says there is. Basically they are thief's!

I can confirm what others have said. Do not use this company - it is a scam. Paid 250 for wall lights that never arrived and then they do not respond to emails.

I placed an order and received confirmation that delivery would take approximately three weeks. After three weeks, my login still says, "Item has not yet been shipped!" They haven't responded to my emails! I've sent several emails. I can't reach them by phone, and neither can I use the live chat. Do not order from them under any circumstances! It's nothing but trouble!

Avoid at all costs. Bought 4 spotlights. They are cheap plastic rubbish and one doesn't work.

Flagged to customer service on 13/01, was told a replacement would be sent on 14/01. Zero update since then despite numerous requests for updates.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. An update on my last review of this company. I moved into a new flat 15 months ago and had to buy a lot of stuff for it. Much of this was ordered online. Abode Jungle promised much but delivered little. First of all they sent the wrong colour of ceiling fan and it took 4-5 weeks to arrive rather than the 2 weeks promised. I told them I’d accept the correct one if it could be delivered in the promised two weeks. This they told me they could do but no, they didn’t. I then cancelled the order but they went ahead with the delivery anyway. I then spent weeks trying to get an address from them to return the fans. They wouldn’t give me one. In the end I claimed from my credit card company who upheld the claim and refunded what I’d spent.

Terrible customer service, ongoing issue trying to resolve for over two months now. Product has gone faulty now virtually unusable. Sending multiple emails a week with no response.

The product we ordered was nice but quickly went wrong. We spent £159 on a ceiling fan and light but as of yet have no hope of seeing a repair or refund.

Pls be careful when ordering been waiting 2 months for my light. Carnt give me tracking details now they have lost it now they don’t want to give me my £300 bk emailed them few time no answer have to claim bk thru my bank as a scam people don’t buy from them

I bought a Hanging Pendant Industrial Glass from Abodejungle which was delivered damaged. I have been waiting for over 4 months now to receive a replacement. While the customer service is responding to my emails, their response always is " they are checking on the shipment status". This is the worst customer service I have experienced. This company should not be allowed to operate in Europe.

I ordered two lamps on the 31st of December and my credit card was charged immediately. I received an order confirmation the same day I placed the order.
I wrote to them the 14th of January asking where my delivery is and received a lame answer with apologies for delays during Christmas! They should look into it immediately and come back to me.
I wrote to them again the 21st and yesterday the 23rd and they still haven’t answered!!
I will now cancel my purchase.
So to conclude - stay away from this company.

Ordered lights sent them back didnt like it still waiting for refund its been two months. Sent like 10 emails no response.
