AC ADAPTORS R US LTD Opiniões

Needed a replacement adaptor for a set of scales, found the part on the website, easy to order, arrived quickly and did the job

Ordered a power supply for a Pure Siesta DAB clock radio. Came within 2 days with free delivery. Plenty of updates with the order. Very happy that my radio is now working. Will definitely use them again!

Completely dreadful experience of this guy, won't use again.

Visited this place to do a video & to see what it looked like FROM ABOVE spoke to nigel explained what I was doing I was told it was not allowed & it was illegal to fly Dave (my 249g drone) I told him I was allowed he became very aggressive so in the end I educated him and told him TO GET BACK TO WORK

poor quality part, lasted 2 days, got one from Ali Express and far better made and still working at 3rd of price!

I ordered a replacement power adaptor for a Linksys mesh which arrived with the wrong connector. Nigel from AC Adaptors responded over a weekend and promptly dispatched the correct adaptor to resolve the situation.

Initially I received an incompatible power supply but after contacting them I immediately received a new one with extra connectors just in case without asking to return the wrong power supply.

Shipping was really fast. Great service and helpful people.
Highly recommend supporting independent business rather than buying from online retailers.

Nigel was so helpful and kind Went out of his way to help

Awful company. Their response to complaints is not to try to resolve the complaint but to just reply that it's a "Fake Review".
Sounds like Donald Trump's "fake news" retort when he has no answer to his failures

UPDATE: And there they go again with their Trumpian "Fake News" lies.

Laughable "company" that won't address complaints. Steer clear

Big chin was very rude. Seems to have a strange relationship with wee David.

“from aboveeeee” indeed

Easy to use website, answered my enquiry email about delivery within 15 minutes to my complete satisfaction. Arrived quickly by Royal Mail tracked 48, solved my radio problem beautifully. Many thanks.

Fast delivery and responsive customer service. The product was just as promised. And very fast delivery to Finland, so thanks to Royal Mail too!

Very quick , prompt service. Thanks

Very good service and arrived very quickly

Brilliant, can't fault them.

Apart from Royal Mail screwing up the delivery by sending my parcel to the opposite end of the country, the adapter arrived in good order and was a perfect match for the one we’d misplaced.
