I bought a Geepas 2600 W dual zone air fryer with 3 baskets, 3 weeks ago.The delivery of the item was as agreed, within two days. The product is very sturdy. I am very pleased with the instructions and as it’s an upgrade from a smaller air fryer, I am used to the instructions. The food is cooked to my liking. I haven’t yet had a chance to use the 10 L big basket. Good point is you can set up to finish the two baskets cooking at the same time. Dry pleased with my purchase.
I ordered 2 items and paid for next day delivery. Still waiting for my items. Geepas don't respond to emails and their contact number isn't answered. I purchased the same items through another company and delivery was supposed to be on 30th June and have had to chase for a refund today. Don't waste your time or money with this company

Delivery was late.. I had ordered a set when my kettle broke, Next day delivery. The item didn't arrive for 4 days, (using a pan for coffees in the meantime) The set arrived and the kettle had a very obvious & unsightly manufacturing fault. I was really dissapointed with the visbible fault & quality of the items. I then (without using the items) sent pictures & requested a return label within the 30 day period, To which I have been ignored after repeated emails & unanswered calls, I have now contacted the ombudsman regarding this and would not recommend this company or products atall. Over £200 down for tat & bad customer service. Plus a huge box of unwanted kitchen items in my hall. 🤦♀️
Very impressed with hot water dispenser, exactly what I wanted and more. Speedy delivery and updates, What's not to like!!!!

I ordered a fan last week, still haven't got it and it was supposed to be next day delivery! Sent an email Friday morning asking to cancel my order, it's now Monday afternoon, haven't heard a thing from them. I would suggest using somewhere else.

Excellent product, mediocre after sales service.
On 15th December 2025, I acquired a Digital 2 in 1 Air Purifier Carbon Filter with Humidifier. Model GAP 63073 UK.
The appliance, so far, performed very well till the filter required replacement.
After contacting customer services for advice on how to find a new filter and in spite of sending all the details, and even photographs of appliance and filter, as requested. They were unable to advice me about where to find a new filter. As I said, excellent product not so good after sales.

Worst experience ever. Ordered a air filter and humidifier was promised next day delivery never came next day. 3 days later package arrived left on doorstep and when I arrived home was gone. Contacted customer support many times no reply since the first reply. Terrible company

Aftersales service is absolutely shocking, remote control for cooling tower not working, 4 emails and 2 voice messages because no one answers the phone or emails at this company, then when they did respond over a week later we then had to repeat everything again, sent video as requested and again no response, 2 weeks later my wife sent an email saying about how bad their aftersales was and they then asked for a video again, definitely suggest not buying from this company because if you have a problem it isn't getting resolved, ended up taking product back to store purchased from 🤬🤬🤬
