Terrible customer servicr
I contacted customer service before ordering and they gave me blatantly wrong information. As a result I received a bathing suit that was several sizes too small. They do not admit any wrongdoing.

I paid for next day delivery on my order but it was split into 2 parcels and only one arrived. Not impressed.

Another e mail offering 20% if I completed a survey . Completed survey , only to read small print at the very end when it was declined again , “valid only for 1day only “
I subsequently still made the purchase , only to receive the following day another 20% discount offer .
Am I just unlucky ??
