I ordered two lovely Dresses they were nice quality.I had to return as they were too long. Stores in general need to bear in mind shorter people . Delivery was fairly quick, return process was easy to follow

Parcel never arrived and did not get…

Parcel never arrived and did not get help with changing the postcode. They insisted that I could do this with the carrier but I was told to get Accessories to change it as they couldn't.

Service was great and the 2 dresses I ordered were perfect. However, I ordered size L for my wife and they were just too big. I have returned these items and when refunded will re order them again in size M.

Evri is utterly unreliable at next day…

Evri is utterly unreliable at next day delivery. Twice in a row now, I have paid for next day delivery and it’s arrived 2 days late. Which has meant I’ve not been able to give the gifts I wanted to friends. Highly recommend you get a new delivery partner. Accessorize itself is good quality and the item I ordered is lovely.

We can confirm the item in your order has been marked on your order as 'Unable to Fulfil' and therefore cancelled. An email advising you of this was sent at the time of cancellation.

We are truly sorry for any disappointment caused by this and this only occurs when our team are picking items for orders to be shipped.

Therefore, your cancellation notice will occur when and if other items are being shipped to you. Sadly, until shipped no online order is 100% guaranteed hence why payment is not physically taken from the customer until despatch, these funds are ring fenced by your bank and held by them.

The item was most likely confirmed as in stock at the time, however during the packing process we have found this item to be unavailable. It is a common process which can occur with any online retailer and tends to be more common during busier sale period due to the high volume of orders being placed.

As this item has not been dispatched, as mentioned, rest assured you have not been fully charged as we only charge upon despatch, therefore any pending funds held by your bank will be cancelled and will revert back to your original method of payment within 10 working days (this will not show as a refund). Please note this timeframe is dependant on your banks policies. This is also stated on your cancellation email.

As no payment has been taken for your order we're unable to offer an alternative option.

Once again, we are terribly sorry for any upset or inconvenience caused by this matter.

This is the third pair of flip flops purchased from Accesorise, the other two pairs being plain black and gold. They are all extremely comfortable and bought at very reasonable prices, often on offers. The delivery by Evri, was good, with accurate tracking. Would not hesitate buying from this company again. Order cancelled for no reason

Ordered a bag in the sale . My order went through but received email following day to say my order was cancelled with no explanation. Looked on line and it was still available at sale price. Now it has gone back up to full price.
