Excellent Customer Service
Excellent service from Accessorize in Walton on Thames. Very quick delivery of ordered goods. When I went to collect it, I saw an alternative item that I preferred. The assistants were brilliant and arranged to return the unwanted item, and I was notified of my refund the same day. Superb customer service.

Haven’t received my order
Evri received my parcel from yourselves on the 22nd of April. I haven’t had very good updates from Evri and have had to look on the App to see where my parcel is. They have had my parcel at their depot according to the tracking details since Friday and still haven’t delivered it yet.

Great products terrible delivery
The items I ordered are lovely and the ordering process was easy and delivery reasonably quick but the delivery service was rubbish as they took no notice of my instructions about where to leave the parcel and left it on my doorstep where it could easily be stolen. I had to rush home from a day out to take it in.

I recently bought a linen dress online
I recently bought a linen dress online, that cost £60, so not a cheap item. When I received it, I was disappointed with the quality of the material for the price that I paid.
