Cancelled without explanation
After half an hour trying to order a bag online the order ‘went through’ only to be cancelled an hour later with no explanation. Not impressed.

My first time ordering on Accessorize…
My first time ordering on Accessorize and it really ticked my boxes. It's a really enjoyable website to look around for items you may fancy. I bought some bits and bobs for my holiday. Lovely products at reasonable prices. I will definitely order again so it's a big 10/10 from me!!!

Left some of my order out of bag. Nightmare to return as they hadn’t any paperwork in the bag and the store had poor coverage, so I couldn’t retrieve the online order in my emails. Won’t be purchasing online again.

Pretty and comfortable
I get a fresh pair of these each year for holidays and they are ideal. New variations come out every year and these are especially pretty with little shells and pearls. Speedy delivery to a store nearby.
