Yet another customer duped by this sham…

Yet another customer duped by this sham masquerading as a legitimate business.

I placed an order on 1/13/23 for a bed frame, and received a message on 1/16/23 indicating the item was backordered until the second week of March, which seemed fine at the time, because the same item was backordered on multiple other legitimate sites at the time. March rolls around, and I've received no shipping notices or any communication from them. I contacted them on 3/3/23. asking if they had a shipping update, since their estimate was for 3/6/23, and they responded that the item was still backordered, and the new estimated shipping date would be the last week of May.

I ended up checking out the other sites I'd considered ordering from, which had also been on backorder in January, and found that they all had the item in stock now, including the manufacturer's website. I contacted ACF Wholesale again on 3/3/23 via email, which got no response, and followed up with a copy of the same message on their site on 3/10/23, and they declined to respond there as well.

Now, on 3/24/23, I've accepted that, based on reviews online, that I will never receive my order, and I have begun the dispute process with my bank to get my money back. Shame on me for being drawn in by a great deal and not checking out the company more in depth beforehand, but more shame on this ring of theives using this "business" as a front to dupe customers out of their money.

Complete and utter scam!

Complete and utter scam!! They are nothing but thieves!! Bought a living room set over a year ago and still have not received my refund requested in Aug of last year! This is a scam!! How they are not in jail says a lot about the FBI's internet crime division... They should all be fired!! They stole $1287.00 from me! I ordered $350 worth from this company…

I ordered $350 worth from this company in June 2022 and repeatedly they've pushed out my delivery date. And after 3 months I decided I wanted a refund and they said I was past the refund deadline and I would have to wait until I receive my products then I can return them. 10 months later, I still don't have my order, and haven't heard a word from them in months. This company is a scam. Do Not Order from them!

SCAM!! my experience was the same as all the others. ordered- told not in stock and will not refund my credit card! it has been MONTHS!! Buyer beware!!

I had the exact same experience as…99% of customers responding in this ACF review

I had the exact same experience as everyone else. Ordered a dining table..they pushed back the ETA and then wanted to push it back another 5 months.

At that point, I cancelled..after several e-mails to them, they said that a refund would be issued. My payment was through KLARNA, but they never received ACF's refund confirmation. That is the point when there was no answer from ACF wholesale at all, (and they didn't offer a phone option). I reached out to KLARNA again and they took over from there..resolved the issue in about 2 weeks. (it may have been even quicker than that.) I just received word from KLARNA that they had resolved the issue and I would be getting my refund in a week. I can't fathom why these people have gotten away with this scam for so long. I'm posting my review here as well as on the KLARNA website..hopefully, these fraudulent scumbags will finally be shut down and held accountable.
Also, of mention is the stellar service by KLARNA and in resolving the issue very promptly! :))

BUYER BEWARE!! SCAM!!!

Ordered a dresser in the beginning of January and the second I ordered an 'in stock' item, I received an email that it wasn't in stock and I had to wait until mid February. I followed up with them only to find out I had to wait until 'possibly' the end of May. I immediately cancelled the order to only deal with frustration ever since and still haven't received my funds. I've since reported this to my bank, the BBB and the BBB had me file with the Attorney General as they no longer reply to BBB complaints either. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! Do not purchase from ACF! I purchased a sectional in December 2022 for over $2,000. It’s now March 2023 and nothing! I’ve tried calling, phone lines are shut down. I’ve emailed many times only to receive an automated response. I’ve requested call back and cancelation. No call but another automated email saying they cancelled in January and are processing a refund. Still no refund! Filed BBB complaint like everyone else. I discovered that their website is powered through Big Commerce so I have opened up a complaint to them to shut these people down. Hope everyone else also makes a complaint to them about ACF. Maybe it will get them to open up a law suit against these horrible people.

I ordered a dining room server on June…

I ordered a dining room server on June 1, 2022. Seven days later I got an email indicating that the item was back ordered and it would take 12 weeks. No big deal, I didn’t need it immediately. Like so many other stories here, the 12 weeks came and went and when I reached out the delivery date was pushed back again to December 2022, and then after that date it was pushed back again to March 2023, and then finally May 2023. Phone calls were not answered and any request for a refund was ignored. I don’t know if there is anyone actually answering the emails, as they are all automated.

This is a complete scam company. As evidence by the comments here. However, if you paid with a decent credit card you can dispute the charge up to about 500 days out of your original purchase. If the items was never delivered then you are protected. Credit card companies have a system set-up for this like pre-orders and this type of thing so that customers have protection. So dispute the charge on your credit card if you haven’t. You may find that you can get your money back.

This company is a scam!

This company is a scam! I had the same experience as several other customers had. Ordered a sectional and got the same response as other people. Got several emails that my order was delayed from the manufacture. After five months I cancelled my order and requested a refund. All I got was the run around via emails. The last one was the credit department was reviewing my case. I wish I researched this company before ordering from them. BBB gives them a "F" rating. I hope this review can save other people from getting scammed. There needs to be a class action lawsuit brought against them.

Scam, RUN, Don't buy

I don't understand how they can let them stay online and in business. When they know it's a scam they should be shutting them down and suing them. I have yet to get my product or a refund.

The people involved here should be in Prison!

Run, run, run, this place is a SCAM! I purchased my Ashley Sectional with ottoman October 2, 2022, to date I have not gotten my living room set and NEVER am I even given a delivery date… Because in 5 months I managed to get ONE RESPONSE to my repeated messages. They have closed the calls, at one point they were not even answering their phones as is the case even today!
ACF Wholesale has over 1500 complaints on BBB plus complaints on other sites…. They do not care they just court the next person to give a credit card or send a check!!
DON”T DO IT. I don’t believe Honesty and integrity have meet ACF Wholesale!

did not receive our item, kept pushing the shipping date back by months. never contacted us or answered their phone, can not reach them for updates or refunds. I do not recommend them at all.

It’s a scam. The item doesn’t come, they don’t answer the phone during business hours and don’t answer emails. They have an F rating on BBB and thousands of complaints. I don’t know how they’re allowed to operate. I’ve reported them to the BBB, my credit card and the FTC *middle finger*

The site had really competitive prices…

The site had really competitive prices so I placed an order. After placing the order I read all of the negative reviews and panicked. I immediately requested a cancellation and a refund. Within 24 hours I got an email confirming the cancellation and within 48 hours I received my refund. I was pleasantly surprised and almost regret cancelling the order. Either way, I felt it was worth noting that I did receive a refund without issue.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I had ordered a dresser, that apparently was on backorder for a very long time. I only know this because I followed up with them every single month. If I had not asked, I would not get an update. After 6 months of still no indication of it being shipped, I cancelled my order. They did not process my refund and when I had reached out multiple times they stated that they could not refund my original card. My card is fine, it has had no other issues getting a refund. They said they were going to mail me a check and requested my mailing address. This check never came. I've dealt with some bad customer service but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. It must be run by some pretty special people if it’s this hard for them to process simple requests. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

This company is a fraud and be shut down! I already did a review on BBB. They scam people out of their money, are not honest, and for some reason keep getting away from it.
I am not one to take time out of my day to write a review unless it merits it. This company is not truthful on their website, does not indicate if anything is "back ordered" and this is when the game starts. You will receive an email shortly after purchasing an item. It will inform you the order is back order for roughly a month out. They will not notify you on any updates of this "make believe" extension of the item being back ordered. So if you are anything like me you will email them month after month asking for updates. Each response they will inform you that it's another month or more back ordered. You can not talk to a customer service rep over the phone, as the number is no longer in use. You have to play this email game, when you request for your order to be canceled & refunded they will tell you to call into customer services (the number that doesn't work) or email the sales team. Which is the same email address you already are corresponding to. I ordered my couch in Oct 2022, every month since they keep pushing this "make believe" back order date out another month or more.
SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE and NO NOT order for them scamming company.
