It took me a year to get my money back, but they didn’t give me a refund. My bank finally decided they were a scam after months of AFC giving us the run around. They keep it going so long so the card companies won’t touch it. Luckily my bank investigated further and I got my money. Don’t do it, huge scammers.

They is a scam company. They are not an authorized dealer for Ashley. They lie about products being backordered by the manufacturer when they are not backordered and could be delivered within days of ordering through an authorized dealer. They claim they'll refund your money, place the order as canceled then disappear and no longer respond to emails.

I bought a bedroom set from ACF Furniture. com on March 29,2022 today is Fev 25,2022 I have not received my items every phone call
Up til now they said it’s on back order now they don’t accept phone calls. I submitted a cancellation online still have not got my refund please be aware of this company

When the BBB is telling people this place is a scam, believe them. I ordered a leather chair for $635. I was surprised when I received an email that the item was back ordered and wouldn't be delivered until the first week in December '22 when I ordered it in October. I've never been charged for a big ticket item like this pre-shipping and I grew suspicious. I looked up the reviews for AFC Wholesale online and was shocked at what I saw. True to form, the anticipated delivery day in the first week of December rolled around I wasn't even contacted by AFC. I contacted them via their website messaging and received a message stating my item now was not going to be shipped until February '23. It appears I got scammed too. Never in a million years did I think a furniture company would scam me. I'll never order anything like that again without checking reviews first. It appears I can just write off receiving this item ever. When February rolls around and I don't receive the item (pretty much guaranteed it seems), I will contact a Bay Area news station that handles customer complaints and works to get their money back for them. I'm a retired senior and I can't afford to throw money away. Lesson learned: even though I thought I was pretty savvy about online scams, I will never assume just because they're a big ticket seller they're on the up and up. Never order without checking reviews!

My order was placed in March was not delivered 6 month later and I asked for a refund. 4 weeks later the refund is not made. SCAM!

ordered 3 pieces of furniture august 2021 and the item was out of stock. which was normal for these items as everywhere else was out of stock. they kept blaming covid and the supply chain on not receiving the item. began looking at other retailers for these furniture pieces and they were in stock. cancelled order. acf said they couldn't refund to the original card. even though nothing has changed with the card. then they said they will send a check with 14 business days. its passed that and i find this website saying this place is a scam.

This place is a scammer, I placed a order for a couch that was labeled in inventory in warehouse, they told me 2 days after settling the withdrawal of funds that they don't have in store and that I could cancele order and receive refund in 24hrs, so thats exactly what I did, I received a email instantly saying can't send refund till we confirm manufacturer did not fill order, they had previously sent email that order could not be filled. Give 10 days. Tried to speak with someone on phone they do not answer, automated recording to email them and hangs up. I have emailed them at least 12 times asking for a response, they have not responded even once. Filed a complaint with BBB without getting to mention company I was complaining about or my name they automatically said ACH Wholesale Furniture, I told her yes. She said there has been 1,010 complaints against the "company" that she didn't understand how they were still in business. These are scammers.

I got scammed like everyone else. Ordered a $608 bedframe and they just keep postponing the ship date until you can no longer dispute the charge on your credit card. I've been in contact with the Ohio Attorney General, Ashley and the FBI fraud department. No luck.

UPDATE: the Ohio attorney general was able to get me a refund!

ordered a kitchen table with stools. they said it is back ordered and i canceled the order. they have yet to refund me. I have sent a dispute to the CC company.

Recent experience has been terrible. Placed an order nearly 7 months ago and was promised delivery within 3. Filing dispute.

This place is 100% a scam. IF THEY SEND YOU A "REFUND CHECK" DO NOT CASH IT - IT WILL BOUNCE AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FEE (luckily I called the bank prior to confirm if funds available because I was pretty sure this place was BS.) The only thing you can do now is contact your CC company and open a fraudulent case investigation. Provide backup proof (reviews on BB, messages with the "company", and a copy of the "check") Hopefully once enough banks get involved, they can be looked into and shut down/sued.

Like many people I order a bed set for $1500+ in May of 2022. It’s now November 2022 and the order never came. Website is setup like a real discount furniture site with a high review rating (that the scammers are artificially inflating) to pull you in so they can steal your money. Site is setup to give automated delayed fulfillment and ineligible cancelation responses to customer inquiries. The customer service number is not real either. Wish I would have researched a bit deeper before processing payment. Expensive lesson learned…

I ordered furniture in October 2021 and finally had to cancel the order a year later after I never received my order. I have been waiting 2 months for a refund of over $2500. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

ZERO STAR!! placed order may of 2022. keep getting delay after delay and refuse to cancel the order and give my money back. Filed a complaint with BBB but that went no where don't waste your time with them either!! Still no desk, still no refund and still no contact from this company!!! I urge you to please read the reviews they are TRUE!!!!! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!

The absolute WORST online retailer EVER. I placed an with them on October 17, 2021. After not hearing from them after several months, I reached out, only to be told the order had been "delayed". This went on for nearly a year, with my having to reach out to them to learn it had been delayed further and further. They never once contacted me. After nearly a year of this farcical back-and-forth, the answer I received was that the order was being cancelled, and I would be issued a refund. Once again, after hearing nothing more in reply, I enquired as to the status, to be told they attempted to deposit it, but our account had changed. This is true, but I was never contacted for an alternate account number. Fine, we can send it to your PayPal account, I'm told. After numerous attempts to get the refund, and filing a complaint with the BBB, a check finally arrived, rather than funds being directly deposited in the PayPal account, and I now know why. It bounced, resulting in fees for us. Complaints filed with BBB, and the Attorneys General of Mississippi and Minnesota.

If I could give this company a half star or zero stars I would. Horrible company. Placed an order, estimated delivery 12 weeks. Asked to cancel order. followed up by phone several times, put on hold for an hour + then hung up on twice. Don't order from this company!

I ordered a dresser in March it was going to be 6 weeks. At about week 16 I decided to cancel my order and asked for a refund. I have been trying to get my money returned since July. I have sent messages with zero response and sat on hold for hours and once it is my turn they hang up. I cannot seem to get ahold of anyone and am still out $500 which is just crazy

This Company is a total SCAM!!! I paid $600 for a bed frame. No one answers the phone. Just makes you wait for long period of time just to hang up the phone on you. You get an email...that will tell you whatever. It's a damn shame that there is no one in charge of the internet to take these scammers off the website. No telling how many ppl get f out of there hard earned money. I will call everyone I can from the FBI to the BBB to find out what is going on! It's a damn shame that you can't trust anyone these days. To the scammers reading this go get a real f n job!!!

Zero stars if I could. Ordered a chair Dec 2021 and still don't have it. Ordered again in June because it was in stock at Ashley and Amazon and thought something was wrong with initial order. Therefore, spent just under $800 and did not get anything. Always pushed back delivery date. After trying to cancel order since July and sending multiple emails/chats and calling sitting on hold. I filed a complaint with the attorney general of Mississippi and the fraud FBI dept and had my money within the week. Never buy- they are a scam. Thankful I got my refunds.. finally!
Encourage those who are out the cash to file complaints as well! Best of luck.

So far one star, placed an order no receipt or ETA, but charged card immediately. Sent two emails, no response, try and call you are caller 20-45 in a 45 -55 Minuit wait, try to wait but the time never goes down. Placed CC company on notice, will see if they respond in 24 hours, if not will stop payment...
